Prefabricated House Construction Methods
The construction methods for prefabricated houses mainly include modular construction methods, prefabricated detachable container house methods, prefabricated assembly building installation methods, and rapid construction methods for rural prefabricated houses.

Modular Construction Method: This method involves breaking down the entire building into multiple independent modules, which are manufactured in a factory, covering key components such as ceilings, floors, and water and electricity pipelines. Taking the China State Construction Hailong Intelligent Construction Industrial Park in Shenzhen, Guangdong as an example, the ceilings, walls, and waterproof layers of bathrooms in the houses are all manufactured in the factory. Afterward, these modules are transported to the construction site and assembled like building blocks to form a complete building. This method combines factory production with rapid on-site assembly, improving construction efficiency and quality.
Prefabricated Detachable Container House Method: The construction steps for this method are relatively detailed. When installing the bottom frame, first connect the lower corners and bottom beams and fix them with bolts, place and connect the battens, measure the diagonals to ensure verticality, then connect the columns to the bottom frame (without tightening the bolts), and lay the MGO board and level the floor. For top frame installation, first connect the upper corners to the top longitudinal beams and tighten the bolts, then connect the upper corners to the columns, and the top short beams to the upper corners, measure the verticality of the columns with a level, reinforce the intersections of the top strips, and install drainage channels and pipes. When installing wall panels and ceilings, attach sealing strips at the corresponding positions, install the wall panels in sequence, noting that the positions and sizes of doors and windows can be flexibly changed, with the height of the wall panel below the window being 940mm, and doors and windows not being installed adjacent to the columns; when installing the ceiling, adopt different fixing methods depending on whether there are wall panels on both sides. In addition, it is necessary to drill holes on the inner side of the wall to fix wires, lay glass wool to the roof, lay and fix roof tiles, and perform relevant treatments at the four corners of the container house.
Prefabricated Assembly Building Installation Method: This includes the installation of prefabricated bay windows and balconies, among others. The construction process involves multiple procedures, such as setting out and positioning, binding wall column reinforcement and sealing with aluminum molds, binding floor slab bottom reinforcement, reserving and embedding water and electricity pipelines, pouring floor slab concrete, and fine leveling of the cast-in-place floor. These procedures work together to ensure the installation quality and precision of prefabricated assembly buildings.
Rapid Construction Method for Rural Prefabricated Houses: For foundation construction, first level the foundation, pour the cushion, install foundation piles and splice the crossbeams, use footplates to fix the foundation piles, install the crossbeams and fix them like building blocks, fill the gaps with foam glue, backfill the soil, and pour the foundation. For the main body construction, use prefabricated components for splicing, with a mortise-and-tenon structure for rapid connection between crossbeams, hoist the stairs, lay the floor slabs, and grout all component gaps.
