Full-Process Drawings for Prefabricated House Construction

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Currently, there are no directly available full-process drawings for prefabricated house construction, but information on drawing prefabricated components and suggestions for obtaining complete drawings can be provided.

In prefabricated building projects, drawing prefabricated components is a core part of the design phase, mainly divided into two categories: detailed drawings and simplified drawings, each serving different design needs:

Detailed drawings are the core documents for the design of prefabricated components, requiring detailed annotations of the geometric dimensions, structural nodes, and embedded part information of the components. Specifically, they include:

  • Elevation and Section Details: Clearly define the appearance outline, thickness, surface treatment methods (such as decorative finishes, insulation layer thickness), and the arrangement of internal reinforcement or structural steel of the components. For example, the elevation details of a prefabricated exterior wall will annotate the dimensions of window openings and the positions of decorative lines, while the section details will show the connection structure between the insulation layer and the structural layer.
  • Embedded Part Location Diagrams: Clearly define the specifications, quantities, and installation positions of embedded parts through statistical tables and detail drawings. For example, metal embedded parts for diagonal braces need to annotate the distance from the edge of the component, bolt hole diameters, and include installation detail drawings to explain the fixing method.
  • Detail Component Information: The detailed model needs to include the dimensions and positions of auxiliary components such as bolt sleeves, air conditioning reserved holes, and galvanized steel plates. For example, the specifications of bolt sleeves need to match the connecting bolts, and air conditioning reserved holes need to annotate the elevation and slope to avoid water accumulation.

Simplified drawings, on the other hand, are used for regular drawing of project models, generating vertical numbering diagrams by simplifying components. Their core function is to quickly locate the positions of components in the plan or elevation, such as using numbers to annotate the arrangement sequence of prefabricated exterior walls, facilitating the construction team to quickly identify the types and installation positions of components. Simplified drawings do not include detailed structural information but need to be used in conjunction with detailed drawings to ensure construction accuracy.

To obtain complete drawings for prefabricated house construction, it is necessary to contact a design unit for customized design based on the specific needs of the project. Before design, it is essential to clarify the structural type (such as block buildings, panel buildings, skeleton panel buildings) and functional divisions (such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms), as different structural types have significantly different component connection methods (such as the need to annotate the connection nodes between the skeleton and wall panels in skeleton panel buildings), and functional divisions affect the arrangement of equipment reserved holes (such as the need to reserve flue holes in kitchens and annotate floor drain positions in bathrooms). Customized design can ensure that the drawings comply with construction specifications and usage requirements, avoiding rework in the later stages.
