Prefabricated House Construction Drawings

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

Prefabricated house construction drawings mainly include two types: prefabricated exterior wall component drawings and villa drawings with elevated floors. The following is a detailed introduction:

Prefabricated Exterior Wall Component Drawings

When creating prefabricated exterior wall component drawings, design institutes are gradually shifting from traditional CAD drawing to using BIM for design and drawing production to achieve BIM forward design. In actual project applications, the same prefabricated component is divided into simplified components and detailed components.

  • Simplified Components: Mainly used for drawing production of regular plans and elevations in project models. By using simplified components, vertical numbering drawings of prefabricated components can be generated, facilitating unified management and identification of prefabricated components.
  • Detailed Components: Used for drawing production and modeling in detailed design. They are placed in an independent project model for detailed drawing design. Detailed components contain more information about sub-components. Based on the application of detailed and simplified components, detailed drawings of prefabricated exterior wall components can be produced, such as elevation details and section details of components. These drawings comprehensively display information about the shape, size, and structure of components. At the same time, embedded part location drawings can also be produced, including a statistical table of metal embedded parts for diagonal braces, which clearly counts the number of embedded parts; installation details of metal embedded parts for diagonal braces, specifying the installation method and position of embedded parts; and a statistical table of prefabricated exterior walls, summarizing relevant information about prefabricated exterior walls.

Villa Drawings with Elevated Floors

  • House Type 1: It has a footprint size of 11.2m×11.4m, an area of 136 square meters, a building area of 341 square meters, and a building height of 9.4m. The building has a rich layout, including 6 bedrooms, 1 living room, 4 bathrooms, 1 walk-in closet, 1 study, 1 terrace, 1 balcony, 1 garage, and 1 entertainment room. The underground garage floor can be used for parking vehicles and has a back door for easy access. Steps lead to the first-floor space. The first floor features a large living room with a south-facing floor-to-ceiling window, a master bedroom with a private bathroom, and two guest bedrooms located on the north side of the house.
  • House Type 2: It has a footprint size of 15.2m×10.2m, an area of 156.04 square meters, a building area of 411 square meters, and a building height of 12.4m, using a frame structure. The first floor is elevated and used only for parking, with a spacious interior area that can also accommodate agricultural machinery. The second floor is the living space for the main family. The kitchen and dining room are built separately outside the house. The living bedrooms from the second to the third floors have equal areas and configurations, and there is an outdoor balcony.
  • House Type 3: It has a footprint size of 11.8×9.2m, an area of 113.66 square meters, a building area of 349 square meters, and a building height of 9.6m. It is a small-sized design. Entering the first-floor space through an external staircase, the first thing you see is the central hall design, which is separated from the living room by a wooden partition. The living room is on the west side, and the elderly room is on the east side. The elderly room has a bathroom with a wet-dry separation.
