Prefabricated House Calculation Sheet

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The prefabricated house calculation sheet typically includes the basic project information, types of prefabricated components, standardized prefabricated formwork, calculation basis for the prefabrication ratio and assembly ratio, and detailed calculation processes.

Basic Project Information: It is necessary to specify the city and specific area where the project is located, the building type (such as the number of towers), and the specific floor range where prefabricated construction is implemented. For example, the Zhuhai project is located in a certain district, includes several towers, and implements prefabricated construction on some floors; the Shenzhen project is located in Pingshan District, includes 5 towers, and implements prefabricated construction on some floors.

Types of Prefabricated Components: It is required to list in detail the types of prefabricated components used in the project. The Zhuhai project includes prefabricated shear walls, prefabricated external wall panels, prefabricated composite floor slabs, prefabricated internal partition wall panels, prefabricated balconies, prefabricated stair sections, prefabricated composite beams, etc.; the Shenzhen project includes prefabricated wall panels, prefabricated stairs, and prefabricated internal partition wall panels. The types of prefabricated components may vary among different projects due to differences in design requirements.

Standardized Prefabricated Formwork: It is necessary to explain the type of formwork used in the project. The Zhuhai project uses aluminum alloy formwork, large steel formwork, plastic formwork, etc.; the Shenzhen project uniformly uses aluminum alloy formwork. The choice of formwork directly affects construction efficiency and component precision.

Calculation Basis for the Prefabrication Ratio and Assembly Ratio: It is required to cite the calculation rules issued by the local government. The Zhuhai project is based on the 'Zhuhai Calculation Rules for the Prefabrication Ratio and Assembly Ratio of Prefabricated Buildings (Trial)' (Zhu Gui Jian Zhi [2017] No. 134); the Shenzhen project is based on the 'Shenzhen Calculation Rules for the Prefabrication Ratio and Assembly Ratio of Single Buildings in Residential Industrialization Projects (Trial)' (Shen Jian Zi [2015] No. 106). These documents specify the calculation methods and standards.

Detailed Calculation Process for the Prefabrication Ratio and Assembly Ratio:

  • Prefabrication Ratio: It is usually calculated as the ratio of the total volume of prefabricated concrete components on the standard floor to the total volume of all concrete on the standard floor. For example, the formula for the Shenzhen project is: $Prefabrication Ratio V = (Total Volume of Prefabricated Concrete Components on the Standard Floor) \div (Total Volume of All Concrete on the Standard Floor) \times 100%$. The Zhuhai project needs to calculate the total volume of prefabricated components such as bay windows, air-conditioning panels, stairs, floor slabs, and balconies.
  • Assembly Ratio: It is usually calculated as the ratio of the total surface area of prefabricated construction method components on the standard floor to the total surface area of concrete on the standard floor. The formula for the Shenzhen project is: $Assembly Ratio S = (Total Surface Area of Prefabricated Construction Method Components on the Standard Floor) \div (Total Surface Area of Concrete on the Standard Floor) \times 100%$. The Zhuhai project may involve similar logic but with different specific parameters.

The calculation process must strictly follow local rules to ensure data accuracy and result compliance.
