Prefabricated House Beams

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Prefabricated house beams are one of the main prefabricated components of prefabricated concrete frame structures, including prefabricated solid beams and prefabricated composite beams. They refer to concrete beam components that are prefabricated in a factory and then transported to the construction site for installation and fixation.

Production Process

The production process of prefabricated house beams covers standardized procedures such as formwork assembly, steel bar tying, and concrete pouring and curing.

  • Formwork Assembly: Steel molds are used in the formwork production stage. Some beam yards adopt mobile pedestals and hydraulic formwork for rapid demolding. The assembly of hydraulic formwork is corrected using a laser tracking measurement system to ensure formwork accuracy and provide a stable foundation for subsequent production.
  • Steel Bar Tying: Intelligent steel bar processing equipment is introduced, and the intelligent production line is equipped with RFID chips, enabling independent production ledger management for each beam. Key process parameters are uploaded to the engineering cloud platform in real-time, facilitating quality traceability and monitoring.
  • Concrete Pouring and Curing: The pre-prepared concrete is poured into the beam molds and fully vibrated to ensure that the concrete fills every corner of the molds. After curing, demolding is carried out to ensure the strength and quality of the beams.

Application Areas

This technology has been applied on a large scale in areas such as long-span viaducts, prefabricated buildings, and municipal engineering. For example, in June 2026, the Beian Parking Lot Project of Qingdao Metro Line 7 adopted the prefabricated construction method of "factory prefabrication + on-site assembly" and completed the precise hoisting of the first prefabricated beam, demonstrating the efficient application of prefabricated house beams in actual projects.

Connection Methods

According to the connection methods, prefabricated beams can be divided into wet connections and dry connections.

  • Wet Connections: While using steel bar connections or anchoring at the joints, wet connections integrate the components into a whole through cast-in-place concrete, enhancing the overall integrity and stability of the structure.
  • Dry Connections: Dry connections mainly include prestressed connections and hybrid connections. The design of such connections follows technical standards such as the Technical Standard for Prestressed Prefabricated Concrete Frame Structures (JGJ/T502 - 2024) to ensure the safety and reliability of the connections.

Application Types

In prefabricated integral frame structures, the application of prefabricated beams mainly includes two categories: post-cast frame joints and prefabricated frame joints, which can be selected according to specific project requirements and design specifications.
