Production Flow Chart of Prefabricated House Beams
Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026
The production process of prefabricated house beams (box girders) can be divided into the following steps:

1. Construction Preparation
- Site Layout: The site needs to be leveled and functional areas divided, including a steel bar processing yard (for steel bar processing), a steel bar binding area (for steel bar binding operations), a concrete pouring area (for concrete pouring construction), a steam curing area (for steam curing of concrete), and a beam storage area (for storing finished beams), etc..
- Pedestal Construction: It is necessary to construct beam-making pedestals (using concrete or section steel foundations, with reserved cable-passing holes and positioning devices) and beam storage pedestals to ensure that the pedestal strength meets the load-bearing requirements.
- Material and Equipment Preparation: Steel bars, steel strands, formwork, concrete mixing equipment, tensioning and grouting equipment, etc., need to be prepared in advance, and the equipment performance should be checked.
2. Steel Bar Processing and Binding
- Steel Bar Processing: Steel bars are processed into designed dimensions through cutting, bending, welding, and other processes to ensure that the shapes and dimensions of the steel bars meet the drawing requirements.
- Steel Bar Binding: The bottom plate, web, and top plate steel bars are bound in sequence on a dedicated pedestal, and pre-embedded parts such as prestressed pipes and anchor plates are installed simultaneously to ensure accurate positioning of the pre-embedded parts.
3. Formwork Installation
- Bottom Formwork Installation: The bottom formwork is fixed on the beam-making pedestal, and the flatness of the bottom formwork is ensured to meet the specification requirements through adjusting devices.
- Side Formwork and Inner Formwork Installation: The side formwork is lifted by a gantry crane, and the inner formwork is positioned by segmental assembly. The geometric dimensions are checked with measuring tools to ensure tight formwork joints.
4. Concrete Pouring and Curing
- Concrete Mixing and Transportation: Concrete is mixed strictly according to the mix ratio and transported to the site by a mixer truck. During transportation, the rotation speed should be controlled to prevent segregation.
- Pouring Sequence: Pouring is carried out in layers and sections in the order of "bottom plate first, then web, and finally top plate", with each layer thickness controlled within 30 cm to avoid cold joints.
- Curing: Steam curing or natural curing is selected according to environmental conditions, and the curing time should meet the design strength requirements.
5. Prestressed Tensioning and Grouting
- Tensioning: After the concrete strength reaches more than 80% of the design value, the steel strands are tensioned bidirectionally and symmetrically, and the tensioning force is controlled to meet the design parameters.
- Grouting: The vacuum-assisted grouting process is used to fill the duct. The grouting material should meet the requirements of fluidity and strength, and the anchor should be sealed in time after grouting to prevent prestress loss.
6. Removal, Transportation, and Storage
After demolding, the beam body is transferred to the beam storage area by a mobile trolley or a transverse moving cart. During storage, cushioning wood should be placed to keep the beam body stable and avoid local stress concentration.
Note: The actual process may be adjusted in terms of step sequence or details due to process differences (such as intelligent assembly lines or traditional pedestal methods).
