Size Specifications of Prefabricated House Bases

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The size specifications of prefabricated house bases vary depending on the type. Common types and their specifications are as follows:

1. Prefabricated Courtyard Wall Bases
These bases are primarily used for the load-bearing and fixation of courtyard walls. The common size range is: height from 300mm to 600mm, width from 200mm to 400mm, and length from 1m to 3m. The specific dimensions can be adjusted according to the height of the courtyard wall, material, and design requirements. For example, a brick courtyard wall may choose a lower base, while a stone or concrete courtyard wall may require a higher and wider base to enhance stability. The length is usually customized according to the actual enclosure needs, and some manufacturers offer modular designs to simplify construction.

2. Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Foundations
These foundations are suitable for buildings requiring high load-bearing capacity, such as light houses or equipment foundations. Common models and sizes are as follows:

  • DJ-1100: Base size 1.1×1.1 meters, height 300mm; short column height 500mm, size 400×500mm; volume 0.41m³.
  • DJ-1500: Base size 1.5×1.5 meters, height 400mm; short column height 550mm, size 400×600mm; volume 0.8m³.
  • DJ-1800: Base size 1.8×1.8 meters, height 600mm; short column height 650mm, size 400×600mm; volume 1.66m³.
  • DJ-2200: Base size 2.2×2.2 meters, height 650mm; short column height 750mm, size 600×600mm; volume 2.6m³.
  • DJ-2400: Base size 2.4×2.4 meters, height 600mm; short column height 850mm, size 650×850mm; volume 3.08m³.
These foundations disperse the upper load by increasing the base area and height. The short column part is used to connect the column, and its size needs to be determined according to the column cross-section and load calculations.

3. Self-built House Foundation Templates (some can refer to prefabricated situations)
The foundation size of rural self-built houses needs to be adjusted according to the number of floors and geological conditions:

  • Single-story houses: The width of the strip foundation template is 300-500 millimeters, and the height is 200-300 millimeters, suitable for areas with good geological conditions and small loads.
  • Two-story houses: The width of the strip foundation is increased to 500-700 millimeters, and the height is 300-400 millimeters to enhance anti-overturning capacity.
  • Independent foundations: The side length of a square independent foundation is 800-1500 millimeters, and the height is 300-500 millimeters; the short side of a rectangular independent foundation is not less than 800 millimeters, and the long side is adjusted according to the column grid size, suitable for scenarios with large concentrated loads under the columns.

In actual design, the dimensions need to be comprehensively determined based on soil bearing capacity, total building load, and seismic requirements. If necessary, geological surveys and structural calculations are required.
