Dimensions of Prefabricated House Bases

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The dimensions of prefabricated house bases vary depending on the type and application scenario, as detailed below:

Prefabricated Courtyard Wall Bases: Among common dimensions, the height ranges from 300mm to 600mm, a range that can meet the height requirements of different courtyard walls and provide stable support. The width ranges from 200mm to 400mm and can be selected based on the material and design requirements of the courtyard wall. The length is determined by the span of the courtyard wall, typically ranging from 1m to 3m, and can be customized according to specific needs to accommodate courtyard walls of different lengths and shapes.

Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Foundations: There are multiple models, each with different dimensions. For model DJ-1100, the base dimensions are 1.1×1.1 meters, with a base height of 300mm, a short column height of 500mm, short column dimensions of 400×500mm, and a volume of 0.41m³. For model DJ-1500, the base dimensions are 1.5×1.5 meters, with a base height of 400mm, a short column height of 550mm, short column dimensions of 400×600mm, and a volume of 0.8m³. For model DJ-1800, the base dimensions are 1.8×1.8 meters, with a base height of 600mm, a short column height of 650mm, short column dimensions of 400×600mm, and a volume of 1.66m³. For model DJ-2200, the base dimensions are 2.2×2.2 meters, with a base height of 650mm, a short column height of 750mm, short column dimensions of 600×600mm, and a volume of 2.6m³. For model DJ-2400, the base dimensions are 2.4×2.4 meters, with a base height of 600mm, a short column height of 850mm, short column dimensions of 650×850mm, and a volume of 3.08m³. These different models are suitable for buildings of different scales and load-bearing requirements.

Prefabricated Concrete Independent Foundations: Common base specifications include 1.1m, 1.5m, 1.8m, 2.2m, and 2.4m. The short column specifications (heights) are 0.8m, 0.95m, 1.25m, 1.4m, and 2.4m, respectively. The top specifications of the short columns are 0.50.4m, 0.60.4m, 0.60.4m, 0.60.6m, and 0.85*0.65m, respectively, and can be selected according to actual building requirements.

Self-built House Bases: There is no unified standard and must be reasonably designed based on the number of floors, structural type, and geological conditions of the house. Generally, the width of the base should be no less than the width of the house walls to ensure even distribution of the house's weight. The depth should be determined based on the geological conditions, with deeper bases required in areas with poor geological conditions to ensure the stability of the foundation.
