Prefabricated House Assembly Tutorial

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The assembly process of prefabricated houses varies depending on the type. Below are the assembly procedures for common prefabricated houses:

Single-story Prefabricated Modular Houses:
The installation process is centered around modularity and is carried out on a pre-prepared foundation. The foundation must be level and meet load-bearing requirements to ensure the stability of subsequent module installations. After the modules are transported to the site by vehicles, lifting equipment is used to sequentially hoist the prefabricated modules to designated positions on the foundation, where they are assembled according to design drawings. The connections between modules are typically secured using bolts or welding to ensure structural integrity. After assembly, the gaps between modules must be sealed to prevent rainwater leakage, and the water and electrical pipelines must be connected and tested to ensure proper functioning of the house.

Prefabricated Assembled Buildings:
The entire installation process is relatively complex and requires strict adherence to the construction sequence. First, layout and positioning are carried out to determine the axes and elevations of the building, providing a reference for subsequent construction. Next, wall and column reinforcement bars are tied, and aluminum formwork is installed to ensure the structural strength of the walls and columns. Subsequently, reinforcement bars for the floor slab bottom are tied, and water and electrical pipelines are reserved and embedded in preparation for floor slab pouring. After the floor slab concrete is poured, precise leveling of the cast-in-place floor is required to ensure floor flatness. Finally, the prefabricated bay windows and balconies are hoisted and precisely installed at their designated positions using specialized lifting equipment, followed by fixation and sealing.

Prefabricated Assembled Residences:
The assembly process starts from an open space. First, the chassis frame of the house is constructed, with floor joists laid and metal connectors installed to ensure chassis stability. Next, wooden panels are laid to form a foundation platform, providing a base for subsequent wall installations. The prefabricated wall modules are then moved onto the platform and erected, fixed to the base plate with nail guns to ensure wall verticality and flatness. After the exterior wall frames are enclosed, the internal partition wall skeletons are constructed, and the second-floor floor beams are laid simultaneously to provide support for the upper structure. Finally, the roof is constructed by hoisting and placing large triangular trusses onto the top beams of the walls to complete roof enclosure.

Container Houses:
Container houses are typically prefabricated in factories with a highly standardized and regulated process. During on-site assembly, the prefabricated container modules are simply transported to the designated positions using lifting equipment and connected using bolts or welding. The assembly process is fast, and the modules have high sealing and structural strength, making them suitable for temporary buildings or rapid deployment scenarios.
