Prefabricated House Assembly Process
The prefabricated house assembly process mainly includes steps such as factory production, on-site positioning and pre-treatment, wall installation, node connection and concrete pouring, floor panel installation, prefabricated stair installation, and installation of other components.

Factory Production Stage
In the production workshop, side forms, embedded parts, and rubber beads are installed according to the marked lines, followed by concrete placement. After installing insulation boards, connectors, and steel reinforcement cages, a second concrete pouring is carried out. The concrete is compacted by vibration, manually smoothed, and then mechanically finished. The components are sent to a curing kiln for 8 hours of curing before being lifted and transported to the construction site. During this stage, strict control over the concrete mix ratio, pouring thickness, and curing conditions is necessary to ensure the strength and dimensional accuracy of the components.On-site Positioning and Pre-treatment
After the components arrive at the site, wall lines and 200-millimeter control lines need to be marked on the poured floor slab. Simultaneously, 500-millimeter horizontal control lines are marked on the prefabricated walls. The positions of reserved reinforcement are adjusted, and elevations are measured to ensure accurate installation benchmarks for the components. This step provides spatial positioning references for subsequent lifting operations, preventing rework due to deviations.Wall Installation
- Lifting Sequence: Lift the exterior walls first, followed by the interior walls, to prevent horizontal forces on the walls from the steel cables.
- Hole Alignment and Support: After the component descends to a certain height, check if the reserved reinforcement aligns with the wall holes. Continue descending to the base plate and install steel supports (set at a 45-degree angle with two supports, with the support points half the height of the wall).
- Verticality Adjustment: Install T-shaped plates to prevent tilting. Adjust the wall verticality using measuring instruments, secure the supports, and then unhook.
- Bottom Sealing and Grouting: Seal the bottom gaps of the wall with dry hard mortar and use special grouting material for grouting from the bottom until mortar flows out from the upper holes, ensuring a dense structural connection.
Node Connection and Concrete Pouring
Bind steel reinforcement and set up formwork between the walls according to design requirements, and pour concrete to complete node connections. This step requires ensuring the anchorage length of the steel reinforcement and the compactness of concrete vibration to avoid cold joints or honeycombing.Floor Panel Installation
- Support and Lifting: Mark control lines on the floor panels, install vertical supports, and use steel trusses for lifting to prevent deformation.
- Composite Floor Construction: Lift composite floor slabs in sequence, set up formwork in the gaps, bind steel reinforcement, install water and electricity pipelines, and then pour concrete to form an integral structure.
Prefabricated Stair Installation
After marking control lines, lift the stairs to the designed position and complete the installation through manual fine-tuning, ensuring the flatness of the steps and reliable connections with surrounding components.Installation of Other Components
Subsequent processes, including composite slabs, pipelines, and steel reinforcement, need to be carried out simultaneously with the main structure construction to ensure system integration. Standard floor construction also involves interspersed operations such as setting out and positioning, binding wall and column steel reinforcement, sealing aluminum formwork, binding floor slab bottom steel reinforcement, and reserving and embedding water and electricity pipelines, forming a流水作业 (flow production process).
