Prefabricated House Assembly Process

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The assembly process of prefabricated houses mainly revolves around the construction procedures of standard floors, involving the orderly assembly of industrially produced building components on-site. The following takes the installation processes of prefabricated bay windows and prefabricated balconies as examples for introduction:

Installation Process of Prefabricated Bay Windows

  1. Setting Out and Positioning: This is the first step of installation. Construction workers use professional measuring tools on the construction site to accurately determine the installation position and elevation of the prefabricated bay window according to the design drawings. This step is crucial as it provides an accurate spatial reference for subsequent installation work, ensuring that the bay window can be accurately positioned as required by the design and avoiding positional deviations that may affect the overall structure and functionality of the building.
  2. Reinforcement Binding of Wall Columns and Aluminum Formwork Sealing: After determining the position, the reinforcement binding work for the wall columns is carried out. Reinforcement, as the skeleton of the building, enhances the structural strength and stability. After binding the reinforcement firmly according to the design requirements, aluminum formwork is used for sealing. Aluminum formwork has the advantages of light weight, high strength, and good molding effect, which can ensure the shape and dimensional accuracy during concrete pouring.
  3. Reinforcement Binding of Floor Slab Bottom: Then, the reinforcement binding of the floor slab bottom is carried out, also to enhance the structural performance of the floor slab so that it can withstand corresponding loads.
  4. Reservation and Embedding of Water and Electricity Pipelines: After the reinforcement binding is completed, the reservation and embedding work of water and electricity pipelines is carried out. According to the design requirements of the building, the water and electricity pipelines are accurately arranged at the corresponding positions and fixed and protected properly to facilitate the subsequent water and electricity installation works.
  5. Concrete Pouring of Floor Slab: After the reservation and embedding of water and electricity pipelines are completed, the concrete pouring of the floor slab is carried out. A concrete pump truck is used to transport the concrete to the designated position, and the concrete is made dense through processes such as vibration to ensure the quality of the floor slab.
  6. Fine Leveling of Cast-in-place Floor Surface: After the concrete pouring is completed, the cast-in-place floor surface is finely leveled to make the floor surface meet the flatness requirements of the design and provide a good foundation for subsequent decoration works.

Installation Process of Prefabricated Balconies

  1. Reinforcement Binding of Floor Slab Bottom: Similar to the installation process of prefabricated bay windows, first, the reinforcement binding of the floor slab bottom is carried out to enhance the structural strength of the floor slab.
  2. Reservation and Embedding of Water and Electricity Pipelines: After the reinforcement binding, the reservation and embedding of water and electricity pipelines are carried out to prepare for the water and electricity use of the balcony.
  3. Concrete Pouring of Floor Slab: After the reservation and embedding of water and electricity pipelines are completed, the concrete of the floor slab is poured to ensure the stability of the balcony's foundation structure.
  4. Fine Leveling of Cast-in-place Floor Surface: Finally, the cast-in-place floor surface is finely leveled to ensure that the flatness of the balcony floor meets the requirements.
