Prefabricated House Assembly Plan Template

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The following is a template for a prefabricated house assembly plan:

I. Project Overview Clarify basic project information, including project type (such as residential or commercial buildings), building area, building height, structural system (such as assembled monolithic frame structures), prefabrication rate, and seismic fortification intensity. Set construction objectives, covering the project duration (e.g., a total duration of 90 days, with a 45-day installation period for prefabricated components), quality (compliance with relevant national standards), and safety objectives.

II. Construction Preparation

  1. Technical Preparation: Complete the design of the prefabricated component breakdown drawings, specifying component numbers, connection nodes, and the locations of reserved holes; establish a comprehensive BIM model for clash detection and optimize the routing of embedded pipelines; prepare specialized construction plans and conduct three-level technical briefings for construction teams, focusing on training in key processes such as sleeve grouting techniques and component lifting procedures.
  2. On-site Preparation: Designate areas for component stacking, grouting operations, and material storage; use steel section supports to stack components and implement anti-tipping measures; select lifting equipment (such as a 25-ton truck crane) based on the weight of the heaviest component and verify lifting conditions; establish an independent construction coordinate system and set benchmark points and elevation control points to ensure measurement accuracy.

III. Main Construction Processes

  1. Foundation Construction: Adopt the long-spiral drilling and grouting pile process, specifying pile diameter, effective pile length, and characteristic value of single-pile bearing capacity; bind the reinforcement for the pile cap, install embedded sleeves for prefabricated columns, and pour and cure the concrete.
  2. Main Structure Construction: Follow the process of “surveying and setting out → sleeve cleaning → laying of bedding mortar → component lifting → temporary fixation → verticality adjustment → inspection and acceptance”; adopt the “slow lifting, steady rotation, and gentle lowering” process for lifting; monitor verticality bidirectionally with a theodolite and use adjustable steel supports for temporary fixation.
  3. Prefabricated Component Installation: For prefabricated wall panels, use a combination of sleeve grouting connections and post-cast sections, controlling axial deviation to ≤5 mm; install formwork and support systems for prefabricated composite slabs according to design drawings, complete concrete pouring and formwork removal; install prefabricated stairs and balconies according to design requirements, ensuring secure connections.

IV. Quality Control Cover all stages of design, production, transportation, and installation: review the rationality of design drawings, monitor the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of produced components, inspect the safety of transportation vehicles, and verify installation accuracy (such as the density of sleeve grouting and component verticality) to ensure compliance with design requirements.

V. Safety and Civilized Construction Measures Set up warning signs and provide personal protective equipment; maintain site cleanliness, promptly remove waste, and control noise and dust pollution.

VI. Progress Control and Coordination Measures Develop a detailed progress plan, specifying tasks and time nodes for each stage; establish a coordination mechanism to promptly resolve construction issues.

VII. Inspection, Rectification, and Data Management Inspect project quality in accordance with regulations and promptly rectify any issues; establish a data management system to ensure the completeness and traceability of construction data.
