Prefabricated Finished House Installation Tutorial

Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026

The installation tutorial for prefabricated finished houses is as follows:

1. Preparation Phase Before installation, thoroughly inspect the dimensions, specifications, and strength of the prefabricated components to ensure they meet design requirements. Focus on verifying the positions and quantities of reserved sleeves and reinforcing bars against the design drawings to ensure accurate subsequent connections. Additionally, prepare auxiliary materials such as cement mortar and sealing materials in advance, as well as necessary tools like lifting equipment and measuring instruments (e.g., level gauges and laser positioning devices). All materials and equipment must undergo quality inspections to prevent construction delays due to material defects or tool failures.

2. Foundation Treatment After selecting the installation location based on the design drawings, perform foundation treatment: clear surface debris and compact the soil, then pour a concrete foundation or strip foundation. During foundation construction, strictly control dimensions and elevations, repeatedly calibrating with a level gauge to ensure the foundation flatness error does not exceed the design allowable range (typically ±5mm). After the foundation sets, conduct strength testing and proceed to the next step only after passing the test to ensure overall house stability.

3. Component Lifting and Connection Adopt a progressive sequence for lifting components: first install columns, securing them with bolts or sleeve grouting; then lift beams and slabs, using positioning pins or temporary supports to ensure horizontal alignment. When connecting walls, fill gaps with sealing materials (e.g., polyurethane foam) to prevent rainwater leakage; apply anti-rust paint to bolt connections and mix special mortar for sleeve grouting according to proportions, compacting it thoroughly. During lifting, use a laser positioning device to monitor verticality in real-time, keeping deviations within 0.5%.

4. Other Installation Processes

  • Layout and Positioning: Determine wall and column positions based on reference lines and mark installation boundaries with chalk lines.
  • Rebar Tying and Formwork Sealing: Tie wall and column rebars according to design spacing and check the rebar cover thickness before sealing with aluminum formwork.
  • Pre-embedding of Water and Electricity Pipelines: Reserve pipeline slots during the bottom reinforcement tying stage of the floor slab to avoid structural damage from later chiseling.
  • Concrete Pouring and Leveling: Pour floor slab concrete in layers and level the cast surface mechanically, ensuring a surface flatness error of ≤3mm.
  • Integration of Networking Technology: Pre-embed smart device wiring to ensure the house has IoT capabilities.
  • Balcony Installation: Connect factory-prefabricated balconies to the main structure with bolts and apply waterproofing at the connection points.

5. Inspection and Cleanup After installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the house's appearance: clear excess materials, repair surface defects, and ensure there are no cracks or hollow areas. Focus on checking the tightness of doors and windows, the continuity of water and electricity lines, and the firmness of structural connections before delivery.
