Connection Points of Prefabricated Finished Houses
The connection points of prefabricated finished houses mainly include bolt connections, welding connections, steel bar connections, and connections between prefabricated floor slabs and supporting structures.

Bolt Connections: Before construction, the concrete surface at the connection points should be cleaned, and the bolt model and quantity should be determined according to design requirements. Precisely drill holes in the concrete of the two connected parts, pass the bolts through the holes, and then tighten them with nuts. This connection method has obvious advantages, being tightly connected, easy to disassemble, and having strong controllability during the construction process. For example, in some prefabricated houses that may require structural adjustments or dismantling in the later stage, bolt connections can provide greater flexibility.
Welding Connections: It requires the steel bars at the connection parts to be fully exposed and the surface to be cleaned. Use an electric welding machine to heat and connect the two ends. Its advantages are high strength and good durability, enabling it to withstand large loads. However, during the welding process, it is necessary to pay attention to correct positioning to avoid deviations that affect connection quality, and at the same time, control the degree of heating to prevent excessive heating from damaging the components.
Steel Bar Connections: Insert the pre-treated 'steel skeleton' into the reserved holes of the prefabricated concrete components, and then fill with concrete after pushing it in to achieve the connection. This method provides a tight and strong connection, effectively ensuring the overall integrity and stability of the prefabricated house structure. In some prefabricated houses with high structural strength requirements, steel bar connections are a commonly used connection method.
Connections between Prefabricated Floor Slabs and Supporting Structures:
- Connections between Double-T Slabs and Supporting Structures: There are various methods, such as slab rib bottom connections, which can be achieved through pre-embedded steel plate welding or pre-embedded steel pipe bolt connections; tongue-and-groove connections, which are formed by grooving to create the tongue-and-groove for connection; and steel embedded connector connections, which are connected using pre-embedded connectors.
- Slab Joint Connections: Prefabricated floor slabs rely on slab joint connections to transfer vertical and horizontal loads. The connection form has a significant impact on the overall stability of the structure. A reasonable slab joint connection design can ensure that the prefabricated floor slabs work together when bearing loads, improving the overall performance of the house.
In practical applications, it is necessary to select appropriate connection methods according to the specific conditions of the prefabricated finished house, such as structural type, usage requirements, and construction conditions, to ensure tight, stable, and reliable connections, while also paying attention to construction safety.
