Prefabricated Container Houses by China Construction
China Construction has rich practical achievements in the field of prefabricated container houses (modular houses), mainly reflected in the 'Time and Space Station' and the modular house project exported to Australia.

'Time and Space Station' Project
The 'Time and Space Station', a high-quality residential container house developed and manufactured by China Construction Integration, made its debut at the Guangzhou Housing Expo. It targets the high-end cultural and tourism market both domestically and internationally, adopting a minimalist futuristic double-curved design that breaks through the limitations of traditional square-shaped space capsules and boasts an ultra-high aesthetic appeal. In terms of experience, it can adapt to various environments without damaging nature, allowing residents to be in close contact with nature and providing an ultra-comfortable experience. At the same time, it combines digital design, integrated production, and smart home technology to offer an ultra-healthy solution. Additionally, the 'Time and Space Station' has a wide range of applications, suitable for scenic spot accommodation facilities, high-end campsite guest rooms, resort hotel expansions, homestay theme upgrades, and other travel and accommodation scenarios, providing high-quality accommodation options for the cultural and tourism market.
Modular House Project Exported to Australia
China Construction Integration Building Intelligent Manufacturing (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. customized 87 modular houses for Australia. These houses adopt a unique construction method that divides an entire house into several independent 'room modules', which are manufactured on factory assembly lines, including plumbing, decoration, and even interior soft furnishings integrated into each module. After arriving in Australia, they are assembled into an overall shape with supporting steel structure roof trusses and other components, and only need to be connected to water and electricity on-site for 'move-in ready' occupancy. These steel-structured modular houses use a steel frame paired with flame-retardant rock wool sandwich panels as the main structure, integrating insulation, fire prevention, sound insulation, and waterproofing. Compared to traditional construction methods, their construction period is reduced by more than half, and they can be repeatedly disassembled, relocated, and significantly reduce construction waste, dust, and noise pollution, offering environmental and efficiency advantages.
