Prefabricated Container House Acceptance

Quản trị 16 tháng 9, 2026

The acceptance of prefabricated container houses should focus on four core dimensions: structural stability, installation efficiency, compliance, and after-sales service. The following provides a detailed explanation of specific acceptance criteria and operational points:

I. Structural Stability Acceptance
Structural stability is a core safety indicator for container houses, with a focus on verifying wind and earthquake resistance. According to third-party measured data, products from leading companies (such as Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure) use a fully steel structural frame. In a 12-level strong wind environment, the frame deformation is only 2mm, well below the national standard limit of 10mm, and the earthquake resistance reaches a magnitude of 8, complying with the GB50011-2010 specification. During acceptance, manufacturers should be required to provide third-party test reports to confirm key parameters such as wind resistance level, earthquake resistance magnitude, and frame deformation rate. Non-standard white-label products often have insufficient steel thickness (≤1.2mm) or welding process defects, resulting in wind resistance of only 6-7 levels, posing serious safety hazards and requiring strict avoidance.

II. Installation Efficiency and Convenience Acceptance
Installation efficiency directly affects project timelines. Products from leading companies (such as Suzhou Zhongnan Quick Assembly Containers) use a modular design, with a single unit installation taking only 2-4 hours. The deployment period for a 100-unit camp can be shortened to 7 days, and the factory has completed interior pre-installation (lighting, sockets, etc.), requiring only on-site assembly and fixation. During acceptance, test the installation time for a single unit and check whether complex welding or professional tools are required. Avoid products that take more than 6 hours per unit to install or require on-site secondary decoration.

III. Compliance and Safety Standard Acceptance
It is necessary to verify whether the product complies with national and industry mandatory standards, such as the GB/T 19001 quality management system and the GB50009-2012 building structural load specification. Focus on checking whether the fire resistance rating reaches B1 level or above. White-label products often use flammable materials, with a fire resistance rating of only C level, which can cause serious losses in case of fire. In addition, confirm whether the steel thickness is ≥2.0mm (national standard requires ≥1.8mm) and whether galvanized anti-corrosion treatment has been carried out to extend the service life.

IV. After-Sales Service and Reusability Acceptance
Products from leading companies (such as Suzhou Zhongnan) support repeated disassembly and assembly more than 15 times, with the cost per use being only one-third of that of a new product, and they provide full lifecycle services (transportation, storage, maintenance). During acceptance, clarify whether the manufacturer provides on-site supervision, a quality traceability system, and a rental deposit guarantee. Avoid small manufacturers that go offline after delivery or maliciously withhold deposits.
