Prefabricated Concrete House Production
The production of prefabricated concrete houses mainly includes steps such as material preparation, foundation pouring, mold installation and column pouring, roof and floor construction, integral pouring and shaping, as well as post-processing and installation.

Material Preparation and Mixing: The first step in producing prefabricated concrete houses is to prepare the required materials, primarily including cement and sand. These materials are poured into a mixer in specific proportions, and an appropriate amount of water is added for thorough mixing to ensure uniform material blending, providing qualified concrete materials for subsequent pouring work.
Foundation Pouring: After digging a foundation pit at the selected location, the mixed cement is poured into the pit. Small shovels and other tools are used to level the cement, ensuring the flatness and stability of the foundation part, providing a solid foundation support for the entire house structure.
Mold Installation and Column Pouring: Pre-made molds are installed on the foundation pit. The shape and size of these molds determine the shape and size of the columns. Cement is poured into the molds until they are filled, and reinforcing materials such as iron rods are inserted into the cement to enhance the robustness of the columns. After the cement solidifies, the molds are removed, forming a sturdy column structure.
Roof and Floor Construction: The pre-fabricated roof panels are placed on the columns, using the columns to support the roof and prevent collapse. Cement is poured again on top of the roof, and tools are used to scrape the surface flat, ensuring the flatness and waterproofness of the roof. After the cement solidifies, the molds are removed, forming a solid floor structure.
Integral Pouring and Shaping: Some production processes for prefabricated concrete houses adopt a method of integral one-time pouring with high-standard reinforced concrete. This method ensures the dense and sturdy structure of the house, providing excellent earthquake resistance, pressure resistance, and fire resistance, enhancing the overall safety and durability of the house.
Post-Processing and Installation: After the production of the prefabricated concrete house is completed, a series of post-processing work is required, such as wiring, reinforcement of the steel structure, painting, and floor laying, to meet residential and usage needs. In addition, prefabricated concrete houses support overall relocation and secondary disassembly and reuse. The construction and installation are fast and efficient,不受季节限制 (not restricted by seasons), and they have high flexibility and practicality.
