Prefabricated Concrete House Exterior Wall

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The exterior walls of prefabricated concrete houses mainly use prefabricated concrete wall panels, which have various types, significant features, and wide application scenarios, and their production process needs to follow strict standards.

Types

According to their functional use, prefabricated concrete wall panels are divided into interior wall panels and exterior wall panels. Exterior wall panels include front exterior wall panels, gable wall panels, and eave wall panels. Front exterior wall panels are self-supporting wall panels, while gable wall panels and eave wall panels are load-bearing wall panels. In addition to having sound insulation and fire resistance functions, they should also meet requirements for thermal insulation, anti-permeability, freeze-thaw resistance, and carbonization prevention. According to materials and production processes, they can be divided into PC wall panels and industrialized finished wall panels. PC wall panels include single-sided composite, double-sided composite, and fully prefabricated types; industrialized finished wall panels include ALC (autoclaved aerated concrete lightweight wall panels), ceramsite concrete wall panels, etc. Common types also include prefabricated concrete external hanging wall panels composed of inner and outer leaf wall panels and a sandwich insulation layer, as well as ultra-high-performance concrete exterior wall panels.

Features

Prefabricated concrete wall panels have many advantages. The construction speed is fast, which can significantly shorten the construction period of buildings; they are highly durable and can withstand long-term use and various environmental impacts; they have good fire resistance and can effectively prevent the spread of fire; they have excellent sound insulation performance, providing a quiet indoor environment; they have outstanding waterproof performance, preventing rainwater infiltration; they have strong impact resistance, ensuring the safety of building structures; some wall panels use lightweight materials, reducing the self-weight of buildings; the production process is environmentally friendly, reducing the generation of construction waste; they have excellent thermal insulation performance, reducing building energy consumption.

Applications

They are widely used in the exterior walls, interior walls, and roofs of commercial and civil buildings such as residences, offices, factories, and hotels. In prefabricated buildings, prefabricated concrete wall panels are one of the "three panels" and are mainly used as vertical components or enclosure components, promoting the development of building industrialization.

Production

The production process includes a complete standardized production process for prefabricated columns, covering drawing interpretation, production procedures, etc.; for the production of sandwich exterior wall panels, the mainstream flat-mold process is divided into two types: forward and reverse striking, and the construction sequence of the three layers of the outer leaf panel, insulation layer, and inner leaf panel needs to be sorted out; the quality control standards are strict, with clear operation steps for the re-inspection of steel bars upon arrival at the site, cutting and binding, and the arrangement of double-layer mesh sheets. The fixing methods for water and electricity sleeves, door and window wood bricks, and lightning protection embedments are explained separately. There are control requirements for concrete placement, vibration, and finishing. Component curing is divided into two standards: demolding strength and lifting strength, with corresponding workshop curing kiln operation specifications.
