Prefabricated Concrete House Construction Guide

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The prefabricated concrete house construction guide mainly includes four steps: preparation stage, component production, on-site assembly and construction, and post-construction maintenance and management.

Preparation Stage: Site selection and evaluation are crucial. It is necessary to ensure that the construction site has stable geology and a suitable surrounding environment to avoid house settlement or damage due to geological issues. Develop a detailed design plan according to requirements, clarifying the house structure, dimensions, and functional layout. Meanwhile, prepare building materials such as cement and steel bars, as well as tools and equipment like molds and connectors, ensuring that the material quality meets standards. Construction personnel need to receive safety training and be familiar with operating procedures to ensure construction safety.

Component Production: Produce prefabricated components, such as wall modules, in the factory according to the design plan. After pouring concrete into the molds, it is necessary to vibrate and smooth the surface to eliminate air bubbles and ensure a flat surface. After the concrete solidifies, remove the molds and perform curing and polishing on the components to ensure accurate dimensions and qualified quality. During the production process, quality inspections of the materials are required, and they can only be used after meeting relevant standards. In addition, it is necessary to keep the modules calibrated to ensure they are on the same horizontal plane for easy subsequent assembly.

On-site Assembly and Construction: First, transport the qualified prefabricated components to the construction site, taking care to protect the components from damage. Lift and assemble them in the design order and firmly fix them with connecting fixtures to form a complete structural system. For example, foundation piles are fixed through footplates, beams are quickly connected using mortise-and-tenon joints, stairs are lifted like building blocks, and gaps are grouted after floor slab laying. Then, install distribution boxes, switch sockets, electrical equipment, and water pipes and drainage pipes to meet basic living needs. Finally, conduct an inspection and acceptance of the entire building, including foundation pouring and adjustment of the flatness and perpendicularity of the main structure, to ensure safety and stability before putting it into use.

Post-construction Maintenance and Management: Regularly inspect the house structure and ancillary equipment, such as walls, floor slabs, and water and electricity lines, to promptly detect and repair issues like cracks and leaks. Conduct safety inspections on electrical equipment to avoid hidden dangers caused by aging or short circuits. Keep the drainage system unobstructed to prevent water accumulation from damaging the foundation. Through regular maintenance, the service life of the house can be extended, and the living comfort can be improved.
