Prefabricated Concrete House Connectors

Quản trị 19 tháng 9, 2026

There are various types of connectors for prefabricated concrete houses, including anchor bolts, connection bases, steel bar joints, support systems, and special connectors, which are used for anchoring and connecting different structural parts.

  1. Anchor Bolt Types The HPM®, PPM®, and COPRA® anchor bolt joints provided by Peikko Group are typical representatives. The HPM® anchor bolt is anchored to the concrete foundation with high-strength bolts and is suitable for fixing concrete structures, steel structures, or upper machinery; the PPM® high-strength anchor bolt enhances connection strength through embedded design and is commonly used in scenarios requiring high load-bearing capacity; the COPRA® anchor bolt joint enables rapid installation through special thread design and is suitable for the rapid assembly of prefabricated components.

  2. Connection Base Types The HPKM® column base connection base is used for connecting prefabricated concrete columns to foundations and ensures column stability through bolting or welding; the BECO® beam end connection base is used for connecting the ends of prefabricated beams and achieves rigid connections between beam bodies through a combination of embedded steel plates and bolts; the SUMO® wall base connection base is specially designed for fixing the bottom of prefabricated walls and prevents wall slippage through the coordinated action of shear keys and bolts.

  3. Steel Bar Connection Types The MODIX® steel bar connection joint achieves the continuity of steel bars through mechanical interlocking or welding and is suitable for extending or cross-connecting steel bars in prefabricated components; the SLIMCO® light support system provides temporary support for prefabricated components through a combination of lightweight metal brackets and bolts, ensuring structural safety during construction.

  4. Special Connectors The PVL® steel wire rope connection ring is used for connecting the inner and outer leaf concretes of sandwich insulation walls and transmits stress flexibly through steel wire ropes to avoid cracking caused by temperature changes; the PD Tie truss-type stainless steel connector enhances the integrity between prefabricated components through a truss structure and is suitable for large-span or high-rise prefabricated buildings.

  5. Other Auxiliary Connectors Bolt connectors and precision-machined metal steel plates are often assembled into molds for positioning and fixing during the production of prefabricated components; some connectors are also embedded in steel bar meshes and serve as lifting connection points between concrete components and cranes to ensure structural stability during lifting.

These connectors achieve efficient construction and long-term durability of prefabricated concrete houses through material optimization and structural design, covering the entire process requirements from foundation anchoring to component assembly.
