Prefabricated Concrete House

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Prefabricated concrete houses are assembled-type houses that use prefabricated reinforced concrete modules as their core, adopting factory-based production and modular assembly. Their core processes involve factory prefabrication and on-site assembly, with the following specific features:

I. Structural and Performance Advantages
Prefabricated concrete houses use C30-C40 grade concrete with built-in φ8-φ12 steel reinforcement mesh, achieving a compressive strength of 25-30MPa, which is 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures. The walls have reserved slots for EPS insulation layers, which, when inserted, improve thermal insulation by 40%, ensuring warmth in winter and coolness in summer. The modules are connected through prestressed bolts and welded steel plates to form an integrated framework, withstanding wind speeds up to Category 10 and seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees (equivalent to the destructive force of the Wenchuan earthquake), significantly outperforming traditional buildings in structural safety.

II. Efficiency and Cost Advantages
Under factory-based production, a single 30㎡ module requires only 7 days for prefabrication. On-site, three workers, with the assistance of a crane, can complete the installation of a single module in 4 hours, and the entire assembly of a 100㎡ house takes only 2 days. Taking a 120㎡ rural self-built house as an example, the construction cost of a traditional brick-and-mortar structure is approximately 180,000-220,000 yuan, while the cost of the main modules for a prefabricated concrete house is only 120,000-150,000 yuan, reducing the overall cost by 30%. If a leasing model is chosen, the annual rent can be as low as 5,000 yuan per room, further reducing initial investment.

III. Environmental and Health Advantages
Factory production is fully controllable, with a scrap recovery rate of 95%. There is no dust or sewage discharge at the construction site, and construction waste is only 10% of that from traditional construction. Environmentally friendly concrete and water-based paints are used, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.05mg/m³, well below the national standard (0.1mg/m³), enabling immediate occupancy and meeting green building standards.

IV. Flexibility in House Types
The standard module size is 6m×3m×3m (length, width, height), supporting horizontal splicing and vertical stacking (up to 3 floors). A rural self-built house can be formed by splicing three modules into a 90㎡ two-bedroom, one-living-room layout with an independent kitchen and bathroom; a cultural tourism homestay can use six modules to create a 180㎡ LOFT structure with a large terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows, meeting diverse living needs.

V. Market Supply Situation
Currently, multiple brands offer prefabricated concrete house products in the market. Some manufacturers can supply concrete prefabricated houses and accessories (such as prefabricated floor slabs and steel-framed lightweight floor slabs) and support 48-hour rapid delivery, providing convenience for project implementation.
