Prefabricated Concrete Components for Houses
Prefabricated concrete components for houses are concrete components pre-fabricated in factories or on construction sites and installed at designed positions using lifting equipment. They are characterized by high efficiency, customizability, and a wide variety of types.

Production Processes and Performance Enhancement
The production processes for prefabricated concrete components include the bench method, unit assembly line method, and flow conveyor method. Fiber reinforcement technology is often used to enhance the performance of the products. For example, adding steel fibers or polypropylene fibers can improve the crack resistance and impact resistance of the components. Additionally, custom sizes can be achieved through vertical or horizontal formwork processes to meet the needs of different building structures.
Types and Applications
There is a wide variety of these components, which are used in civil buildings such as foundation piles, floor slabs, lintels, balconies, stairs, interior and exterior wall panels, frame beams and columns, roof eaves panels, and decorative elements. Some factories can also produce box structures for entire houses, with interior decoration and sanitary equipment installation completed in the factory before being transported to the construction site for hoisting, significantly shortening the construction period.
Production Line Types and Suitable Scenarios
Production lines mainly consist of fixed factories and mobile factories. Fixed factory production lines include movable mold table lines, fixed mold table with movable equipment lines, and long-line bench lines. Long-line bench lines are generally used for producing prestressed components; most prefabricated component factories adopt movable and fixed mold table production lines. Mobile factories typically use fixed mold table production lines, which are currently less commonly used. Fixed mold table production lines are suitable for producing complex components such as prefabricated columns, beams, and stairs; movable mold table production lines are suitable for producing prefabricated wall panels, floor slabs, and balcony panels.
Production Process Flow
The process includes mold cleaning and assembly, processing and installation of steel bars and embedded parts, concrete pouring and surface treatment, curing, demolding, storage, inspection, labeling, transportation, and other steps. Each step has strict quality control standards to ensure the quality and performance of the components.
Application Cases and Market Prospects
The "Prefabricated Concrete Structure Box House (CCM)" system developed by China Construction First Bureau allows for rapid assembly, such as the completion of 96 house installations in 41 days for the Mentougou Yanhekou Village project. It is estimated that the market size for prefabricated concrete structures will reach 1.1 trillion yuan by 2025, accounting for 65% of the prefabricated building market, indicating broad market prospects.
