Prefabricated Concrete Beam Quick-Assembly House

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

The prefabricated concrete beam quick-assembly house is an efficient building form that uses reinforced concrete modules as its core and is constructed through a 'factory prefabrication + on-site assembly' model. Its technical features, advantages, and uses are as follows:

Core Processes

  1. Full-frame shear wall structure: Using C35 concrete and Φ8-φ14 threaded steel bars, it is cast in one piece using molds to form an integrated load-bearing system of 'L-shaped columns + rectangular beams + floor slabs'. Each module weighs 23-28 tons, with a wall thickness of 150mm and a floor slab thickness of 100mm, achieving a compressive strength of 30MPa, which is 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures. For example, the cement quick-assembly houses in Shijiazhuang City use a one-time casting process with reinforced concrete, with a roof thickness of 12 centimeters, a wall thickness of 15 centimeters, and a weight of 18 tons, allowing for stacking without occupying construction sites.
  2. Modular integrated design: Each module is pre-embedded with water and electricity pipelines and insulation layers (EPS board thickness of 50-100mm), and undergoes waterproof testing before leaving the factory. After on-site hoisting, it takes only 3 days to connect water and electricity, enabling 'move-in ready' occupancy.
  3. Flexible connection technology: Modules are connected using pre-stressed bolts + welded steel plates, with a single-point tensile strength of 20 tons, forming an overall frame. It has a wind resistance rating of Level 12 and a seismic fortification intensity of 7-9 degrees (adjusted according to the number of floors), with module displacement of only 0.5cm under a Level 12 typhoon.

Main Advantages

  1. Structural safety: Full concrete casting eliminates the 'weak links' of masonry structures, performing excellently in earthquakes. A single-story module can withstand earthquakes of magnitude 9-10, while 2-3 story modules can withstand magnitude 7-8 earthquakes.
  2. Fire and water resistance: The concrete has a fire resistance limit of 3 hours, and the roof and wall waterproofing are rated at Level II, capable of withstanding 12 hours of continuous heavy rain.
  3. Economic efficiency: Taking a 100㎡ rural self-built house as an example, the main structure costs 88,000 yuan and takes only 3 days to construct, saving 26.7% in cost and a significant amount of time compared to brick-and-mortar structures. Cement prefabricated houses in rural Henan cost only over 300 yuan per square meter, and a villa can be assembled in 4 hours.

Typical Uses
Suitable for villas, dormitories, office buildings, temporary housing, shops, and other scenarios, especially projects sensitive to construction period, structural safety, and cost.
