Prefabricated Component House Model
Prefabricated component house models are mainly divided into three categories: prefabricated building training and teaching models, prefabricated residential building assembly models, and low-cost prefabricated component residential design models.

The prefabricated building training and teaching models are diverse, covering various structural systems and key display points. The prefabricated concrete shear wall structural system model has dimensions of 1800mm1200mm and a production scale of 1:25. Its main components include composite slabs, prefabricated exterior walls, and prefabricated interior walls, allowing students to intuitively understand the composition of this structural system. The prefabricated concrete frame structural model also has dimensions of 1800mm1200mm and a production scale of 1:25. It includes components such as composite slabs, prefabricated columns, and prefabricated beams, facilitating the learning of frame structural characteristics. The prefabricated PC production line model has dimensions of 24001200 and is based on the real PC production lines of well-known domestic enterprises, with a production scale of 1:75. It can display multifunctional production lines, fixed mold table production lines, and other content. The prefabricated concrete sleeve grouting demonstration model has dimensions of 12001800 and a production scale of 1:6, focusing on presenting grouting operation scenarios. The large-scale prefabricated component model has dimensions within the range of 12002400 and a production scale of 1:1 / 1:2. Some parts are realistic, while others are sectioned, allowing observation of internal steel bars and connectors. The small-scale prefabricated component model has dimensions of approximately 300mm300mm and a production scale of 1:10, including prefabricated exterior walls and prefabricated interior walls. The prefabricated concrete connection joint model has dimensions within the range of 400*350 and a production scale of approximately 1:6, including dozens of prefabricated building joints such as composite slab post-cast strip formwork construction and sleeve grouting structures.
The prefabricated residential building assembly model (real-life case) demonstrates the entire process of house construction. Starting with the construction of the chassis frame, followed by the laying of floor joists, then the installation of wall modules, and finally the hoisting of the roof truss. During this process, prefabricated beam components, metal connectors, prefabricated wall modules, etc., are used, allowing people to clearly see how prefabricated components are combined to form a house.
The low-cost prefabricated component residential design model (conceptual case) takes a 140-square-meter low-cost residence in Chile as an example, adopting the concept of a 'container' with a simple geometric shape. Built on the basis of prefabricated components, it places the public area on the second floor. It is a 4-meter-high cube covered with metal plates, providing new ideas for the design of low-cost prefabricated component residences.
