Prefabricated Complete House

Quản trị 17 tháng 9, 2026

A prefabricated complete house is a building form that involves the industrial production of building components and their on-site assembly. It is also known as modular construction or prefabricated assembled construction.

I. Definition and Production Process A prefabricated complete house breaks down a building into independent modules. Inside the factory, it completes the integrated prefabrication and acceptance of various specialties such as architecture, structure, electromechanical systems, and decoration. Each module contains prefabricated components like beams, slabs, walls, and columns. Efficient production is achieved through intelligent production lines and automated three-dimensional warehouses. During component production, a parallel operation mode is adopted. For example, the structural framework and interior decoration are carried out simultaneously, significantly shortening the overall construction period. After production, the modules are transported to the site for assembly, forming a complete building that can be put into use directly.

II. Main Types and Technical Systems

  1. Type Classification: It includes panel-assembled (mainly using prefabricated wall panels and floor slabs), box-assembled (integrated modular spatial units), and frame-assembled (centered around prefabricated frame structures).
  2. Technical Systems: It covers two major directions: prefabricated concrete structures and steel structures. Concrete structure modules have high durability and are suitable for multi-story buildings. Steel structure modules are characterized by light weight and convenient construction, often used in temporary buildings or rapid deployment scenarios.

III. Core Advantages

  1. Efficiency Improvement: The construction period is shortened by more than 60% compared to traditional buildings. For some projects, the construction period is compressed from 2.5 - 3 years to 1 year.
  2. Quality Control: Each prefabricated component is equipped with an 'ID card' that records information such as the project name, product model, and production date, enabling full life-cycle traceability.
  3. Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency: Factory-based production reduces on-site wet operations, lowering dust and noise pollution. The material utilization rate is increased by about 30%.
  4. Strong Adaptability: Modules can be flexibly combined to support personalized design requirements and are also convenient for later maintenance and renovation.

IV. Market Applications and Data Support There is a strong demand for prefabricated complete houses in overseas markets. According to customs data, in the first four months of 2026, enterprises in the Guangzhou Customs area exported movable houses worth 1.4 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 38.1%. The export value at the Shenzhen port was 1.68 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 19.6%. This growth trend reflects global recognition of efficient and sustainable building solutions.
