Prefabricated Cement Wall Assembled House

Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026

Prefabricated cement wall assembled houses are prefabricated buildings constructed through factory-based production and modular assembly, with prefabricated reinforced concrete modules as the core.

Technical Principles and Core Components

Prefabricated cement wall assembled houses use high-precision molds to cast core components such as walls, floor slabs, beams, and columns in one go at specialized production bases. Each module integrates multiple structures, including a steel reinforcement framework, insulation layers, waterproof layers, and pre-embedded pipelines. On-site, they are connected to form an overall framework using prestressed bolts and welded steel plates. For example, walls may use C30-C40 grade concrete with built-in Φ8-Φ12 steel reinforcement meshes, achieving a compressive strength of 25-30 MPa, which is 1.5 times that of traditional brick-and-mortar structures. Some designs even use C5 concrete with thick threaded steel bars, allowing walls just 2 centimeters thick to withstand strong earthquakes, with displacement controlled within 3 centimeters.

Core Advantages

  1. High Efficiency: A single 30㎡ module can be prefabricated in the factory in just 7 days. On-site, three workers with a crane can install a single module in 4 hours, and a 100㎡ house can be fully erected in just 2 days, significantly shortening the construction period.
  2. Low Cost: For a 120㎡ self-built rural house, the cost of a traditional brick-and-mortar structure is approximately 180,000-220,000 yuan, while the cost of the main modules for a cement house is only 120,000-150,000 yuan, reducing the overall cost by 30%. If a leasing model is chosen, the annual rent can be as low as 5,000 yuan per room. Another case shows that a single-story, three-bedroom, one-living-room cement prefabricated house with basic decoration starts at 50,000 yuan.
  3. Green and Environmentally Friendly: Factory-based production achieves a 95% recycling rate for offcuts, with no dust or sewage discharge on-site and construction waste accounting for only 10% of that from traditional construction. Environmentally friendly concrete and water-based paints are used, with formaldehyde emissions ≤0.05 mg/m³, well below the national standard (0.1 mg/m³), enabling "immediate occupancy" upon completion.
  4. Excellent Performance: Walls are designed with slots for EPS insulation layers, improving thermal insulation by 40%. The overall framework formed by module connections can withstand wind speeds of up to Category 10 and seismic intensity of 7 degrees (equivalent to the destructive force of the Wenchuan earthquake). Bathroom pre-embedding in the factory has an error margin of no more than 5 millimeters, preventing water leakage issues.
  5. Flexible Layout: Standard modules measure 6m×3m×3m and can be freely combined through horizontal splicing or vertical stacking (up to 3 floors). For example, three modules can be spliced to form a 90㎡ two-bedroom, one-living-room rural self-built house, while six modules can be combined to create a 180㎡ LOFT structure for cultural tourism homestays.

Market Situation and Target Users

Mainstream brands in the market include Dingshun, Xinwei Hongtu, and Xiangfeng, with concrete as the primary material and assembly methods including lifting and splicing types. Prices vary significantly by region, brand, and specification, ranging from 220-1,100 yuan per square meter, with some also sold by the set (e.g., 7,500 yuan per set in Jining, Shandong). These houses are suitable for scenarios such as rural self-building needs, quick return on investment for homestays, and temporary dormitories on construction sites.
