Prefabricated Cement House Columns
Prefabricated cement house columns are pre-made structural components for house support, crafted from materials such as cement. They feature a variety of brands, shapes, and compressive strengths, and their production involves specific equipment and techniques.

Brands and Shapes
There are numerous brands of prefabricated cement house columns, with common ones including Dehua, Wanmin, Bocheng Landscape, Yongxin, and Runguang. Their shapes are diverse, encompassing rectangles, plates, circles, etc., and can be selected based on different architectural designs and usage requirements. For instance, in some modern-style buildings, circular columns may be chosen to add a unique aesthetic appeal; whereas in traditional buildings or scenarios with specific spatial layout requirements, rectangular columns are more prevalent.
Compressive Strength
Compressive strength is one of the key indicators for evaluating the performance of prefabricated cement house columns, with a wide range spanning from a low of 1.8 MPa to a high of 1000 MPa. Common values include 10 MPa, 20 MPa, 30 MPa, 60 MPa, and 100 MPa. Different compressive strengths are suitable for different architectural scenarios. For low-rise buildings or structures with low load-bearing requirements, columns with relatively lower compressive strength can be selected; whereas for high-rise buildings, large-scale industrial buildings, or parts bearing heavy loads, columns with higher compressive strength are necessary to ensure the safety and stability of the building.
Production Equipment and Techniques
Producing prefabricated cement house columns requires professional equipment, with the column purlin machine being a commonly used dedicated device for producing cement components. It employs an extrusion and vibration process to mold materials such as cement and sand into shape in one go, capable of producing hollow or solid structures and supporting the production of both reinforced and non-reinforced products. Components produced with this equipment are characterized by high strength, smooth surfaces, and precise dimensions.
In terms of production techniques, layered pouring and wire reinforcement can be employed. Specifically, a layer of cement mortar is poured into the column mold as a base and sprinkled with dry mix, followed by embedding wire for reinforcement. Then, more cement mortar and dry mix are poured to fill the mold and smoothed out, with sand and cement sprinkled multiple times on the surface. When crafting house entrance columns, masons also follow a standardized process, starting with determining the design and location, preparing construction materials, conducting foundation treatment, making wooden molds to control shape and size, reinforcing with steel bars, mixing cement and fine sand in proportion for pouring, and finally smoothing and curing the surface.
