Prefabricated Cabin House
A prefabricated cabin house is a modular structural house that is pre-manufactured in a factory, integrating specific functional equipment, and can be quickly assembled and installed on-site, widely used in multiple fields.

Structural Features
The main structure of the prefabricated cabin house adopts a section steel frame, with thermal insulation design for the enclosure structure. According to the main structural material, there are steel standard cabins and GRC fiberglass composite cabins; common sizes include Type I, Type II, Type III, etc. Based on the functions of the integrated equipment inside the cabin, it can be divided into primary equipment prefabricated cabins and secondary equipment prefabricated cabins. Its basic structure consists of a prefabricated secondary combined equipment cabin, as well as secondary equipment, air conditioning, lighting, fire protection, security, imaging, and other equipment. All equipment inside the cabin is wired and debugged in the factory and can be transported to the site as a whole or as 2-3 individual units.
Performance Advantages
- Convenient Transportation: Particularly suitable for units that frequently change construction sites.
- Sturdy and Durable: Entirely composed of steel, it has strong earthquake resistance and deformation resistance.
- Good Sealing Performance: Strict manufacturing processes ensure excellent water tightness.
- Easy Assembly and Disassembly: Superior performance, stable and secure, with good shock resistance, waterproof, fireproof, and corrosion-resistant properties, and lightweight. The house is an integral structure with an internal frame and walls made of color steel composite panels, which can be relocated as a whole, with a service life of over 20 years, suitable for use as duty rooms, security rooms, shops, etc.
- Strong Environmental Adaptability: To ensure the stable operation of internal equipment, the cabin emphasizes sealing and anti-condensation design, using temperature and humidity control methods for environmental regulation, with a protection rating of up to IP68, capable of withstanding extreme environments. The cabin's corrosion protection mainly adopts a three-layer anti-corrosion coating system, with the insulation layer filled with materials such as rock wool or polyurethane foam.
Technical Features
It has the technical characteristics of standardization, modularization, and prefabrication. Manufacturers can customize specific sizes according to the actual needs of the equipment cabinets to accommodate the normal operation of the equipment. Standardization means that the dimensions of the prefabricated cabins are referenced from standard container dimensions and appropriately improved; modularization means dividing them into different modules based on the different functions of the internal equipment; prefabrication means that the cabin structure and internal equipment installation are all prefabricated and processed in a factory, with all equipment installation, wiring, and debugging completed in the factory.
