Prefabricated Assembly House Columns
Quản trị 18 tháng 9, 2026
The production, installation, and related key points of prefabricated assembly house columns are as follows:

Production Process
- Concrete Pouring: Before pouring, fill rubber strips into the gaps between the mold and the steel bars to prevent slurry leakage. Use a gantry crane to evenly pour concrete into the prefabricated column mold. While pouring, use a vibrating rod to vibrate evenly. Use an iron trowel to smooth the concrete surface, paying special attention to the areas around the embedded parts.
- Curing: Remove the tooling that fixes the embedded parts. Cover the entire mold table with an oxygen-enrichment canopy. Seal the sides of the steam curing canopy tightly. Set the time and temperature properly. After steam curing is completed, remove the steam pipes and check the strength of the components.
- Demolding: Use an electric wrench to remove the bolts connecting the molds. Use a rubber mallet to tap the molds. Use a crowbar to separate the molds from the components. Collect the removed molds and stack them on the site beside the fixed mold table.
- Inspection: Use a protective layer thickness measuring instrument and a tape measure to check the length of the protruding steel bars and measure the distance from the embedded parts to the edge of the components. The concrete appearance should not have severe depressions. Use a tape measure to measure the component dimensions. All inspected parts should comply with the acceptance specifications.
- Lifting: Connect the rotating lifting fixture to the embedded nuts on the column surface. After confirming that there are no errors, lift the component to the cleaning area. Use a high-pressure water gun to flush the component to expose its rough surface.
- Storage: Transfer the component to the storage area. Place wooden pads or steel brackets at the bottom of the component.
Installation Key Points
- Cleaning of the Construction Surface: Before hoisting the column into place, clean the surfaces of the concrete and steel bars to prevent the formation of an isolation layer that could affect the structural performance.
- Column Elevation Control: For the first-floor columns, use shims for control. For the upper-floor columns, use bolts for control. The elevation should be based on the design elevation of the column top surface plus 20mm.
- Column Lifting: Use dedicated lifting steel plates and fixtures. During the lifting process, ensure that the column does not collide with other components.
- Erection of Prefabricated Columns: Before erection, place two layers of rubber mats on the ground. Use a tower crane to slowly lift the column and follow the steps to ensure that the column is placed steadily in position.
- Adjustment and Positioning: During installation, assign a dedicated person to be responsible for positioning and alignment, and use a 2m leveling ruler to straighten. Use adjustable diagonal support rods to temporarily fix the column. For fine adjustment during installation, use the adjustable rods on the support rods for adjustment. When there are column piers under the first-floor columns, a dedicated adjuster can be made to adjust the accurate position of the column. The temporary adjusting rods and support rods for installing the column should not be removed until the cast-in-place concrete connected to them reaches the designed strength requirements.
