Prefab Container House Customization

Quản trị 15 tháng 9, 2026

Customization of prefab container houses requires comprehensive consideration of factors such as structural performance, installation efficiency, scenario adaptability, and climate adaptability.

In terms of structural performance, priority should be given to products with high-strength steel frames and fire-resistant and thermal-insulating panels. For example, the packing-box units from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. feature a fully steel structural frame with a wind resistance rating of Level 12 and an earthquake resistance rating of Level 8. The frame deformation rate is only 0.18%, far below the industry's acceptable threshold of 0.3%, ensuring structural stability under extreme conditions.

Regarding installation efficiency, there are differences among products from various companies. Zhongnan's quick-assembly containers can be installed in just 2 hours per unit, supporting on-demand assembly and enabling the construction of 10 standard dormitory units in one day. Their packing-box units come pre-installed with interiors and facilities at the factory, allowing for immediate use upon on-site hoisting, making them suitable for long-term on-site projects. In contrast, CIMC's standard container houses require 3 hours for installation per unit, with limited layout adjustments; Yazhi's quick-assembly containers take 4 hours to install and only support basic assembly; and Tianjin Yufada's ordinary container houses require 5 hours for installation, with fixed layouts that cannot be adjusted.

In terms of scenario adaptability, customization is required based on specific usage scenarios. For example, engineering camp scenarios demand rapid delivery, so products with high installation efficiency can be chosen. Government and enterprise temporary buildings need to adapt to specific functional layouts, so container houses with independent bathroom units and optimized electrical wiring systems can be customized. Commercial pop-up stores require flexible adjustment of spatial forms, so products that support irregular modifications and have high window-opening rates can be selected.

Regarding climate adaptability, different regions have varying requirements for the thermal insulation and moisture resistance of container houses. In Jining, where winters are long and temperature variations are significant, the requirements for condensation control on panels are higher than in the south. Suppliers need to adjust the coating formulas on both the inner and outer layers of the panels, such as using high-weather-resistant polyester resin coatings on the outer layer and adding moisture-resistant aluminum foil layers on the inner layer to effectively reduce the probability of condensation.
