Portable Single Toilet

Quản trị 20 tháng 9, 2026

A portable single toilet is an independent sanitation facility that can be moved as a whole and is suitable for various locations, featuring mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation.

I. Applicable Scenarios
Portable single toilets can be flexibly deployed in fixed or temporary demand locations, such as stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential communities, large construction sites, squares, and bustling commercial streets. Their core advantage lies in not relying on fixed sewage pipes, enabling them to quickly respond to temporary or long-term sanitation needs in densely populated areas, such as large-scale events, post-disaster reconstruction, or infrastructure supplementation in remote areas.

II. Structure and Materials

  1. Structural Form: It adopts a single independent design, facilitating overall lifting or transportation. Some products can be expanded into multi-toilet facilities through modular combinations, while the basic unit remains independent.
  2. Material Selection:
    • Shell Materials: These include color-coated steel plates, aluminum-plastic panels, anti-corrosion wood, and metal carved panels, balancing durability and aesthetics. For example, the dual-color appearance of metal carved panels enhances environmental integration.
    • Internal Decorations: Commonly used moisture-resistant materials such as bamboo-wood fiber panels and stainless steel ensure long-term durability.
    • Specifications and Sizes: Product heights range from 2.3m to 2.9m, with some models measuring 1.2m×1.2m in length and width, and toilet heights reaching 3m, adapting to different spatial requirements.

III. Sewage Treatment Methods
Portable single toilets are classified into the following three types based on technology:

  1. Water-flush Type: It completes flushing through water stored in a tank, requiring regular water replenishment, suitable for locations with a water supply.
  2. Waterless Suction Type: It utilizes a negative pressure device to suction feces into a storage tank for regular removal, ideal for water-scarce areas or temporary events.
  3. Recirculating Water-flush Type: It achieves sewage purification and recycling through biological degradation or chemical treatment, reducing water consumption.
  4. Dry Packaging Type: It uses biodegradable bags to collect feces, eliminating the need for a sewage system and featuring low maintenance costs, commonly used in ecologically sensitive areas.

IV. Core Advantages

  1. Mobility: It can be lifted or towed as a whole, enabling rapid deployment to target locations and withdrawal for reuse after events.
  2. Reusability: The main structure has a lifespan of over 10 years, and its service cycle can be extended by replacing internal components or upgrading technology.
  3. Environmental Adaptability: The materials are corrosion-resistant and UV-resistant, capable of withstanding harsh environments such as high temperatures, humidity, or dust.

Through modular design and diverse technological solutions, portable single toilets have become efficient and flexible sanitation solutions for modern cities and temporary scenarios.
