Portable Simple Toilet
A portable simple toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and set up in fixed or temporary locations to provide public restroom services.

I. Basic Components A portable simple toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), flooring, sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to achieve the basic functions of the toilet, such as storing fecal sewage, providing restroom space, and ensuring hygiene conditions.
II. Production Methods
- Production Using a Water Storage Bucket: First, split a water storage bucket in half with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy movement. Use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to fix them on the upper side of the bucket to increase height. Open a door on the side of the water storage bucket, install sponge strips to form a door frame, embed plastic soft boards to form elevated walls, place the upper half of the water storage bucket on the top of the wooden strips to form a roof, and apply white waterproof paint to enhance aesthetics. Then, make a simple door, open a hole at the bottom of the bucket to install a drain pipe to form a floor drain, open holes on the side and bottom of the plastic bucket to connect to direct joints, place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device, connect a water pipe-made bath heater, install a three-way joint below the water inlet pipe and connect to a showerhead, place a toilet and install a water tank properly, fix it with glass glue, connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank, and horizontally connect a water pipe at the three-way joint of the outlet pipe to extend to the door as the water inlet pipe for the washbasin.
- Production Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet: First, fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet, place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station, and use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove the top and form an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank, fixing the outer frame with self-tapping screws, and cut out a rectangular opening to form a door. Open a hole on the internal floor of the water storage tank, insert an elbow and a water pipe, and seal it, cut off the excess water pipe, place a toilet and fix it with glue. Fix a water pipe at the wall clip to install a faucet, fix a washbasin made of a stainless steel basin below it, connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet water tank and the shower hose, install a shower bracket and a toilet seat, install a showerhead-type shower made of a water pipe, make a toilet door with wooden boards and hinges, and install a door handle.
III. Classification and Characteristics Portable simple toilets can be classified into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets according to their structural forms; into hoisting, handling-type mobile toilets, powered, and towed-type mobile toilets according to their mobility methods; and into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flushing mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets according to their sewage treatment methods. Their characteristics include being easily transported to any location where a toilet needs to be set up and being reusable multiple times, with advantages such as portability, combinability, and convenient transportation.
