A portable simple toilet is a toilet facility that can be moved as a whole and set up at fixed or temporary locations. It can be made in various ways, has diverse classifications, and offers prominent advantages.

Production Methods

  • Using a water storage barrel: Split the water storage barrel in half lengthwise with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy movement. Increase the height of the barrel with wooden strips and self-tapping screws. Cut an opening on the side of the barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, and insert plastic soft boards to create raised walls. Place the upper half of the barrel on top of the wooden strips to form a roof and apply white waterproof paint for aesthetics. Make a simple door by joining discarded honeycomb wooden boards with foam strips. Cut a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Drill holes on the side and bottom of the plastic barrel and install direct connectors. Place the plastic barrel on the roof to form a small water storage device. Connect a water pipe-made bath heater, install a three-way connector below the inlet pipe and connect a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank, fixing the toilet with glass glue. Connect the drain pipe to the sewage barrel. Horizontally connect a water pipe from the three-way connector of the outlet pipe to the door as the inlet pipe for a washbasin. Install relevant connectors and hoses, and cut a hole in the door to install a washbasin, etc.
  • Using a water storage tank and a pallet: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet with tools. Place a water storage tank retrieved from a garbage station on the pallet. Cut off the top of the tank along the marked line with an angle grinder to form an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank, fixing the outer frame with self-tapping screws. Cut a rectangular opening to form a door. Cut a hole in the floor inside the tank, insert an elbow and a water pipe, and seal it with glue. Cut off the excess water pipe. Align the toilet with the drain and fix it with glue. Fix the water pipe on the wall with clamps and install a faucet. Fix a pipe cap with screws at the bottom. Connect the water pipe and cut an opening as the outlet for the drain pipe. Cut a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a washbasin made of a stainless steel basin. Connect the inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, and install a shower bracket and a toilet seat. Install a spray-type showerhead made of a water pipe. Fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, connect wooden boards to form the door of the restroom, and install a door handle.
