Portable Outdoor Toilet

Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026

A portable outdoor toilet, also known as a mobile toilet, is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides public toilet services.

I. Applicable Places Mobile toilets are suitable for a variety of locations, including stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, as well as densely populated public places and bustling commercial streets. These places usually have a high volume of foot traffic and a high demand for sanitation facilities, and the flexibility and convenience of mobile toilets make them an ideal choice.

II. Basic Components Mobile toilets are generally composed of multiple parts, including fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. These components work together to ensure the normal operation and sanitary conditions of the toilet.

III. Classification Methods

  1. By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are usually relatively simple and suitable for places with limited space or single needs; composite-structure toilets are more complex and may contain multiple functional areas, suitable for places with diverse needs.
  2. By mobility method: They can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets, as well as powered and towed mobile toilets. Hoisting and handling types are usually suitable for places that require frequent movement or have non-fixed positions; powered and towed types are more suitable for long-distance movement or situations that require rapid deployment.
  3. By sewage treatment method: They can be divided into water-flush and waterless-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Water-flush toilets use water to flush feces and have relatively good sanitary conditions; waterless-flush suction types collect feces through suction equipment and are suitable for water-scarce areas; circulating water-flush types reduce water consumption by recycling water resources; dry-packing types pack feces for easy subsequent treatment.

IV. Examples For example, there is a customized restroom in a scenic spot that occupies less than 6 square meters. It adopts a layout of three single rooms and uses materials such as waterproof and flame-retardant metal carved panels and steel integrated doors, which are both aesthetically pleasing and practical. There is also a four-squat-position toilet that is 4 meters long and 2.3 meters wide, with a pointed roof. The exterior wall is insulated and heat-insulated, and the interior facilities are complete, meeting the needs of multiple people using it simultaneously.
