Portable Non-Flush Toilet

Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026

A portable non-flush toilet is an environmentally friendly toilet that can handle waste without traditional water flushing, featuring flexibility, rapid deployment, and strong environmental adaptability. The following provides an introduction from three aspects: product types, material structures, and application scenarios.

Product Types
Common types include single-unit mobile toilets and modular mobile toilets. Single-unit toilets are individual compartments suitable for places with dispersed foot traffic, such as municipal squares and park walkways. Modular toilets form multiple toilet stalls through modular assembly and can be equipped with facilities like sinks and urinals to meet high foot traffic demands, commonly found in tourist attractions and construction sites. Additionally, environmentally friendly ecological toilets have been developed for special scenarios. For example, stainless steel air-raid toilets made of food-grade 304 stainless steel thickened plates require no water flushing and are suitable for enclosed spaces like basements and air-raid shelters. There are also waterless and flush-free toilets equipped with composite microbial communities that can operate stably at 40°C low temperatures, using biological degradation to handle waste, making them suitable for remote areas or temporary event venues where conventional public toilets cannot be installed.

Material and Structure
The main frame is generally made of steel to ensure stability and durability. Exterior wall materials can be selected from galvanized steel plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, or metal carved plates, balancing corrosion resistance and aesthetics. The interior is filled with rock wool or polyurethane for thermal insulation, adapting to different climatic conditions. The floor is laid with anti-slip flooring and paired with a waterproof layer to prevent waste leakage. Doors and windows often use aluminum alloy profiles with insulated tempered glass, ensuring both light transmission and safety. Some high-end models are also equipped with ventilation systems and deodorization devices to enhance the user experience.

Application Scenarios
They cover multiple fields such as municipal, commercial, industrial, and transportation: as supplementary facilities to fixed public toilets in municipal squares and urban commercial areas; to handle peak tourist traffic in tourist attractions and parks; to provide convenient sanitation for workers in industrial parks and construction sites; and as extensions of fixed facilities in road traffic and highway service areas. Additionally, there is demand in places like schools, communities, airports, ports, and parking lot entrances. Their core advantage lies in their ability to be relocated at any time with minimal environmental impact, making them the preferred choice for temporary events like music festivals and sports competitions.
