Portable Mobile Toilet Construction

Quản trị 10 tháng 10, 2026

The construction methods of portable mobile toilets mainly fall into two categories: self-made by individuals and factory production. Details are as follows:

Self-made Portable Toilet Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

  1. Basic Frame Construction: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom to ensure mobility; place recycled water storage tanks on the pallet as the main structure, utilizing the tanks' sealing properties to store waste.
  2. Water Storage Tank Modification: Use an angle grinder to cut openings at the top of the water storage tanks for installing sanitary fixtures; stack two tanks with top openings and secure them with self-tapping screws to increase internal space; cut a rectangular opening as the doorway, ensuring the opening size fits the subsequently installed door panel.
  3. Drainage System Installation: Drill holes in the interior floor to install drainage elbows and pipes, ensuring waste can smoothly flow into the lower water storage tank; the drainage elbow should be designed to prevent odors from spreading.
  4. Sanitary Fixture Fixing and Sealing: Fix the toilet and seal it with glue to prevent leakage; install water taps, sinks, showers, and other fixtures, ensuring the water pipes are securely connected to avoid leaks.
  5. Door Panel Fabrication and Installation: Use wooden boards and hinges to make the door, ensuring the door panel size matches the doorway; install door handles for easy opening and closing.

Factory Production Method for Portable Mobile Toilets

  1. Modular Design: Manufactured using color-coated steel sheets or metal embossed panels, with specifications such as 1.3×1.3×2.35 meters or 1.1×1.1×2.35 meters for easy transportation and assembly; walls, roofs, sanitary fixtures, water tanks, and other components are produced independently and connected on-site with bolts or clips.
  2. Electrical System Configuration: Built-in 220V voltage system to support the operation of lighting, ventilation, and other equipment; electrical wiring should be waterproof and leak-proof to ensure safety.
  3. Environmental Adaptability Optimization: Suitable for temperature ranges from -35℃ to 100℃, meeting extreme environmental needs through insulation materials or heat dissipation designs; some products are equipped with heating devices or ventilation systems to enhance comfort.
  4. Customized Services: Support custom processing, allowing adjustments to size, color, or functional configurations according to customer needs; short production cycles, typically shipping within 7 days to meet urgent demands.

Each method has its advantages: self-made is cost-effective but requires some DIY skills, while factory production offers high efficiency and stable quality. Users can choose based on their actual needs.
