Composition of Portable Mobile Toilets

Quản trị 16 tháng 10, 2026

The composition of portable mobile toilets varies depending on the type, mainly divided into foldable portable toilets and modular mobile public toilets. The specific compositions are as follows:

1. Foldable Portable Toilets

  1. Super Absorbent Layer
Made from special eco-friendly materials, its core function is to convert liquid into gel and prevent leakage. It can absorb up to 473 milliliters at a time, and can be expanded to 1 liter in emergencies, meeting short-term usage needs.
  2. Folding Structure
Inspired by the shape of leaves, it folds to a size of approximately 12×28 centimeters and can be easily stored in a woman's handbag. When unfolded, it supports various usage modes such as squatting, sitting, and standing, adapting to different scenarios.
  3. Accessories
The packaging includes cleaning wipes. After use, the entire toilet can be disposed of as ordinary garbage without additional cleaning steps, combining convenience with environmental friendliness.

2. Modular Mobile Public Toilets

  1. Frame Structure

    • Main Frame: Primarily welded from steel (channel steel/square steel), with reinforced bottom for load-bearing stability; high-end models use lightweight steel structures with aluminum alloy shells, offering 9-level earthquake resistance and 12-level wind resistance.
    • Walls and Roof: The exterior walls commonly use metal carved panels (for insulation and fire resistance), color-coated steel sheets, or stainless steel sheets; the interior walls use bamboo fiber panels, solid wood panels, or waterproof panels; the floor is laid with anti-slip flooring or imitation marble tiles; the roof uses asphalt shingles, colored stone metal tiles, or integrated designs.
  2. Core Functional Facilities

    • Sanitary Units: Includes ceramic squat toilets, smart sit-down toilets (with automatic flushing), urinals, etc., with some supporting wet-dry separation designs; the flushing system uses flush tanks, infrared sensors, or water-saving graywater systems.
    • Cleaning and Washing Areas: Equipped with ceramic or stainless steel sinks, sensor faucets, automatic paper dispensers, soap dispensers, as well as mirrors, coat hooks, and handrails (barrier-free design).
  3. Auxiliary Systems

    • Ventilation and Lighting: Air circulation is ensured through louvers and exhaust fans, with LED lighting and hidden light designs; smart public toilets are equipped with human-machine coexistence disinfection lamps for timed sterilization.
    • Smart Controls (Optional): Includes sensor door locks, occupied/unoccupied signs, environmental monitoring screens (temperature/humidity/air quality), and touch-screen controls for air conditioning, ventilation, and lighting.
    • Water, Electricity, and Sewage: Independent water tanks and inlet/outlet pipes; some are connected to municipal sewage networks or equipped with mobile sewage tanks; a main power switch and waterproof sockets ensure electrical safety.

Modular mobile public toilets support customized designs, such as flexible size adjustments (common single-unit size approximately 1.1m×2.3m), optimized toilet layouts (separate male and female units, barrier-free toilets), and exterior designs that match scenic spots or urban styles.
