Plastic Mobile Toilet Structure

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The structure of plastic mobile toilets typically includes aspects such as overall structural composition, materials and construction, structural forms, mobility methods, and sewage treatment methods, with variations existing among different types and designs.

Overall structural composition: It generally encompasses fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing facilities, water tanks, roofs, and mobility devices. These components work together to form a complete mobile toilet system that meets people's basic usage needs.

Materials and construction: Initially, mobile toilets often used materials like wood, with simple structures and functions, and were prone to absorbing odors. With technological development, materials such as fiberglass and polyethylene have gradually been adopted. Among them, plastic toilets, as sanitary fixtures, are made from plastic materials through injection molding. They mainly consist of three parts: an upper cover, a lower cover, and a connecting sleeve. Molded in one piece from plastic material, they have the characteristics of relatively low cost, light overall weight, and resistance to breakage.

Structural forms: They can be divided into single-unit structural mobile toilets and composite structural mobile toilets. For example, some designs feature an integrally molded outer shell paired with a reinforced chassis. Internally, they are equipped with vacuum squat toilets and use pneumatic flushing methods. This structure not only ensures the toilet's sturdiness but also enhances usability and hygiene.

Mobility methods: According to mobility methods, they can be classified as hoisting and handling-type mobile toilets and powered and towed-type mobile toilets. Different mobility methods are suitable for different scenarios. Hoisting and handling-type mobile toilets are suitable for use in spaces that are relatively small and where the handling distance is short. Powered and towed-type mobile toilets are more suitable for long-distance transportation or movement over larger areas.

Sewage treatment methods: They are divided into water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flush type mobile toilets, and dry-packing type mobile toilets. Water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets treat fecal sewage through water flushing or suction. Circulating water-flush type mobile toilets recycle and treat sewage for reuse. Dry-packing type mobile toilets package feces for treatment without the need for water, making them more environmentally friendly and water-saving.
