Plastic Mobile Toilet Rotational Molding Process
When plastic mobile toilets employ the rotational molding process, the main body is made of high-density polyethylene (PE) material, achieving a thick-walled hollow structure through heated rotational molding, which combines corrosion resistance, lightweight properties, and adaptability to various scenarios.

Material Characteristics and Durability
The rotational molding process selects high-density polyethylene (PE) as the core material, known for its strong chemical stability. It effectively resists erosion from common corrosive liquids such as urine and disinfectants. By adding carbon black masterbatch, the anti-ultraviolet aging performance of PE material is significantly enhanced, extending its service life to over 10 years. Additionally, PE material can withstand long-term use at temperatures up to 80℃ and has lower thermal conductivity than metals. In hot summer environments, the interior temperature of the toilet can be 5-10℃ lower than the outside, improving user comfort.
Structural Design and Performance Optimization
The rotational molding process uniformly coats plastic powder onto the inner walls of the mold through heated rotation, forming a thick-walled structure with a wall thickness of approximately 5 millimeters and incorporating hollow reinforcing ribs. This structure ensures the load-bearing capacity of components (e.g., passing a 200kg static pressure test) while achieving lightweight properties (each toilet unit weighs approximately 80-150kg), facilitating transportation and rapid deployment. Moreover, the one-piece molding process eliminates joint seams, completely eliminating leakage risks. The smooth surface is less prone to dirt adhesion, improving cleaning efficiency by 50% compared to traditional metal toilets and significantly reducing maintenance costs.
Production Flexibility and Scenario Adaptation
The rotational molding process features low mold costs and rapid mold changes, supporting small-batch customized production. By adjusting mold designs, functional modules can be flexibly expanded, such as adding baby changing stations and barrier-free facilities, to meet diverse scenario demands in construction sites, music festivals, disaster relief, etc. For example, in temporary large-scale events, rotational molding toilets can be quickly deployed and adapted to complex terrains; in disaster relief scenarios, their corrosion-resistant and lightweight properties ensure long-term stable use.
Environmental Adaptability Advantages
The acid and alkali resistance of PE material enables excellent performance in humid or chemically contaminated environments, while the hollow reinforcing rib structure further enhances overall impact resistance. Additionally, toilets produced through the rotational molding process do not require high-pressure molding equipment, resulting in lower energy consumption during production and aligning with green manufacturing trends. Their modular design also facilitates later maintenance and component replacement, extending the product's full lifecycle value.
