Plastic Mobile Toilet Props

Quản trị 24 tháng 9, 2026

The 'props' or components related to plastic mobile toilets mainly include four categories: water storage tanks and pallets, modified plastic buckets, finished components, and auxiliary accessories. Here is a detailed explanation:

1. Water Storage Tanks and Pallets
Water storage tanks are one of the core structures of plastic mobile toilets, often serving as the main framework. They are typically made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and highly sealed. Paired with plastic pallets, they form a stable bottom support structure. After installing universal wheels beneath the pallets, the entire unit can be moved easily. This design is commonly used in temporary events or outdoor settings, allowing for quick deployment without the need for fixed installation.

2. Modified Plastic Buckets
By cutting waste plastic buckets and installing accessories, simple urinals can be made. The specific steps include cutting an ergonomic opening in the bucket, installing a water pipe connected to an external drainage system, using screws to secure the bucket to a frame, and finally adding a push-button faucet for flushing. These modified components are cost-effective and suitable for scenarios with limited resources, but regular cleaning is required to prevent odors.

3. Finished Components
Plastic mobile toilets on the market usually adopt a modular design, integrating the following standard components:

  • Fecal and Water Tanks: Designed with independent sealing to prevent cross-contamination. The fecal tank typically has a capacity of 100-200 liters, while the water tank capacity is adjusted according to the flushing method (direct flush or siphon).
  • Safety Door Locks: Made of plastic or stainless steel to ensure privacy during use.
  • Ventilation Louvers: Located at the top or sidewalls, they expel odors through natural convection. Some models are equipped with exhaust fans to enhance ventilation.
These components do not require connection to external septic tanks or water and electricity systems, making them suitable for areas without infrastructure.

4. Auxiliary Accessories
A fully functional plastic mobile toilet also requires the following accessories:

  • Toilets: Mostly made of plastic, available in both seated and squatting styles. Some high-end models are equipped with heated seats.
  • Water Pipes and Connectors: Including elbow pipes, glue, pipe caps, etc., used to connect the water tank to the flushing system.
  • Sanitary Facilities: Stainless steel sinks, shower hoses (for simple showers), door hinges, etc., to improve convenience.
These accessories need to be selected according to specific needs. For example, outdoor music festivals may omit shower facilities to reduce costs.
