Plastic Mobile Toilet Materials

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The main materials of plastic mobile toilets include the main frame, outer shell, inner interlayer, and some functional components, as detailed below:

Main Frame Material The main frame of plastic mobile toilets is often bordered with color-coated steel sheets. Color-coated steel sheets are based on cold-rolled steel sheets with a colored coating applied on the surface, offering both rust resistance and aesthetic appeal. The metal base provides structural support, while the coating isolates moisture and oxygen, effectively preventing rust during long-term outdoor use. Additionally, the smooth and flat surface of color-coated steel sheets facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance, making them suitable for public places or outdoor environments.

Outer Shell Material The outer shell is typically made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) plastic, which is the core material of plastic mobile toilets. HDPE has the following characteristics:

  • Corrosion Resistance: It can resist erosion from chemicals such as acids, alkalis, and salt spray, extending the service life.
  • UV Resistance: By adding UV stabilizers, it can be exposed to sunlight for long periods without aging or becoming brittle.
  • Easy Cleaning: The smooth and dense surface prevents stains from adhering easily, and it can be restored to cleanliness with just water rinsing.
  • Environmental Adaptability: With a density of approximately 0.93 - 0.97g/cm³, it maintains stable performance within a temperature range of -40℃ to 60℃, suitable for extreme climates.

Inner Interlayer Material The inner interlayer is filled with 5mm-thick foam material, whose main functions are:

  • Thermal Insulation: It reduces heat exchange between the interior and exterior, keeping the interior warm in winter and reducing the impact of high temperatures in summer.
  • Cushioning Protection: During transportation or installation, the foam absorbs collision impacts, reducing the risk of damage to the outer shell or internal facilities.

Some Functional Component Materials

  • Windows: Some models are equipped with plastic windows, using transparent or translucent plastics (such as PC or acrylic) to balance ventilation, lighting, and privacy protection.
  • Flushing and Handwashing Facilities: Built-in foot-operated flushing squat toilets and foot-operated water-dispensing handwashing stations offer convenient and hygienic operation.
  • Ventilation Design: Ventilation louvers are installed on the top or sides, made of plastic or metal, to promote air circulation and reduce odor accumulation.

In summary, plastic mobile toilets achieve rust resistance, weather resistance, and easy maintenance through reasonable material selection, while also considering functionality and user experience, making them suitable for scenic spots, construction sites, temporary events, and other scenarios.
