Plastic Mobile Toilet Installation

Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of a plastic mobile toilet can be carried out according to the following steps:

Step 1: Unpack and Inspect
Upon receiving the goods, first open the package and carefully check whether all the accessories are complete. Taking the Behao BH132(PP) mobile toilet as an example, it is necessary to confirm whether the main components such as the upper body of the toilet (including the toilet lid and seat ring), the lower body of the toilet, and the toilet bowl in the tissue box are intact, and also check whether small accessories such as buckles and anti-slip strips are missing. If any accessories are found to be damaged or the quantity does not match, contact the seller promptly for a replacement.

Step 2: Main Body Assembly
Connect the upper body and the lower body of the toilet using the buckles. Specifically, align the buckles on the upper body with the corresponding positions on the lower body and press down vertically. When you hear a 'click' sound, it means the buckles are firmly embedded. This step does not require tools and can be completed by relying on the mechanical structure of the buckles. If the buckles are not fully embedded, you can slightly adjust the angle and press again.

Step 3: Install the Toilet Bowl and Tissue Box
Place the toilet bowl in the tissue box into the designated position on the lower body of the toilet, ensuring that the edge of the toilet bowl fits snugly against the main body to prevent wobbling. The tissue box is usually an independent component and can be directly mounted on the side or back of the toilet (depending on the design). Make sure the hooks or slots are aligned.

Step 4: Anti-slip Treatment
Check whether the four arc-shaped anti-slip strips at the bottom of the toilet are intact. If any anti-slip strips are missing, apply to the seller for a replacement and reattach them. The function of the anti-slip strips is to increase the friction between the toilet and the ground, especially in wet environments such as bathrooms, to effectively prevent tipping over. Do not overlook this step.

Step 5: Function Test
After assembly, conduct a simple test:

  1. Gently shake the toilet to confirm that all components are firmly connected without looseness or abnormal noise;
  2. Open the toilet lid and check whether the seat ring opens and closes smoothly;
  3. If equipped with a flushing function (for some models), connect the water source and test the flushing effect.

Step 6: Refer to Tutorials or Instructions
If you have any questions about the installation steps, prioritize contacting the seller to obtain an exclusive installation tutorial or strictly follow the product instructions. Different brands or models of mobile toilets may have structural differences, such as the position of the buckles and the design of the anti-slip strips, so follow the official guidance.

Precautions:

  • Avoid using excessive force during installation to prevent the buckles or plastic components from breaking;
  • Regularly check the anti-slip strips and replace them promptly if they are severely worn;
  • The mobile toilet is relatively light in weight, so avoid violent collisions or tilting during use.
