Plastic Mobile Toilet Cleaning

Quản trị 22 tháng 9, 2026

The cleaning of plastic mobile toilets requires a standardized process to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. The specific operations are divided into four parts: preliminary preparation, cleaning operation procedures, cleaning and maintenance points, and special scenario requirements.

I. Preliminary Preparation

  1. Staffing: Two professional cleaners are required, with one responsible for core cleaning and disinfection, and the other assisting with transportation, garbage collection, and on-site security.
  2. Tools and Chemicals: Equip with a high-pressure water gun (low-pressure mode), soft nylon brushes, toilet brushes, protective gear (gloves, goggles, masks), specialized weak acidic cleaners, hypochlorous acid disinfectants, plant-extracted odor neutralizers, heavy-duty garbage bags, and manual plungers.
  3. On-site Preparation: Place warning signs, turn off the power (if there are lighting or flushing systems), empty internal items, and check for cabinet damage and pipe blockages.

II. Cleaning Operation Procedures

  1. External Cabinet Cleaning: After sweeping up ground debris, use a soft brush dipped in cleaner to wipe down walls, doors, vents, etc., focusing on cleaning dust from crevices. Then, rinse with a low-pressure water gun and dry.
  2. Initial Internal Cleaning: Empty the toilet waste, unclog blocked pipes, sweep up ground garbage, and seal it for disposal.
  3. Deep Cleaning of Toilets:
    • Urinals: Spray weak acidic cleaner and let it sit for 3-5 minutes, then scrub the inner walls and drain openings to remove scale before rinsing.
    • Toilet Bowls: Use a toilet brush to clean the inner walls, wipe the seat ring, lid, and exterior of the water tank, then rinse and dry.
  4. Floors and Walls: Dilute the cleaner and mop the floor, focusing on cleaning stains in corners and around the toilet. Wipe wall stains with a damp cloth, then rinse the floor and dry it.
  5. Ancillary Facilities: Clean sinks, paper towel dispensers, handrails, etc., replenish paper towels, and check the stability of handrails.

III. Cleaning and Maintenance Points

  1. Regular Cleaning: Clean every 2-4 hours during normal activities and every 1-2 hours during large events or in hot weather, focusing on cleaning toilets, sinks, and vents.
  2. Tool Selection: Use neutral cleaners to avoid damaging plastic with strong acids or alkalis; dilute disinfectants according to the ratio to prevent environmental pollution.
  3. Pipe Maintenance: Use specialized tools or contact professionals when pipes are blocked to avoid corrosion from chemical drain cleaners; regularly check for debris in drains.

IV. Special Scenario Requirements

  1. Construction Site Use: Increase daily cleaning frequency and focus on removing dust; check for water accumulation at the bottom during the rainy season and drain it promptly.
  2. Scenic Spots or Outdoor Events: Place warning signs during peak foot traffic and equip with fans or shading facilities in hot weather to maintain ventilation.
  3. Infectious Disease Prevention and Control: Use chlorine-based disinfectants and ventilate for more than 30 minutes after disinfection; store cleaning tools separately and disinfect them regularly.
