Plastic Mobile Toilet Assembly Process
Quản trị 22 tháng 10, 2026
The assembly process of plastic mobile toilets requires selecting a standardized procedure or a DIY modification plan based on the product type, as detailed below:

I. Standardized Assembly of Finished Plastic Mobile Toilets (e.g., Behao BH132 or Universal Type)
Snap-fit Connection of Main Structure
- The main body of a finished mobile toilet is typically divided into upper and lower sections. Align the upper body (including the toilet seat cover and ring) with the lower body, and press the snap-fit buttons on both sides until they are fully secured, ensuring a stable connection. Some models feature hidden snap-fit designs, so check that the edges are flat and seamless.
- If the product is equipped with a separate water tank, connect the tank to the main body using threaded connections or quick-connect plugs, and tighten them clockwise to prevent leaks.
Installation of Anti-slip and Mobility Components
- Anti-slip Treatment: Insert silicone anti-slip pads into the recesses at the four corners of the bottom, ensuring tight contact with the ground. For use in wet environments like bathrooms, check that the anti-slip strips (e.g., the curved anti-slip strips on the Behao BH132) are intact; if lost, contact the manufacturer for replacements.
- Mobility Device: If equipped with wheels at the bottom, secure the wheel assembly to the reserved holes with screws and test for smooth sliding; models without wheels should be placed directly on a stable surface.
Functional Component Debugging
- Check that the toilet seat cover opens and closes smoothly and that the seat ring supports weight stably.
- If the product includes a flushing function, connect the water pipe and test the flushing pressure, ensuring that the drain hole is not blocked.
II. DIY Modification and Assembly of Plastic Bucket Mobile Toilets (Requires DIY Skills)
Basic Structure Modification
- Cutting and Reinforcement: Use an electric saw or utility knife to horizontally cut the plastic bucket at the 1/3 mark, keeping the bottom as the fecal tank. Nail horizontal wooden strips (about 20cm high) inside the bucket as door frame supports, and wrap the edges of the wooden strips with iron sheets to prevent decay.
- Installation of Mobility Device: Drill holes at the four corners of the bucket bottom, insert the wheel assembly, and secure it with nuts to ensure stability during movement.
Door and Top Enclosure
- Door Opening Creation: Cut two vertical slits (about 15cm wide) on the front side of the bucket, and insert iron sheets to reinforce the door frame. Cut wooden floorboards into door panels, connect them to the door frame with hinges, and install locks.
- Top Cover: Cut the top off another plastic bucket and place it over the main bucket, overlapping the iron sheet connections by 5cm and securing them with rivets to prevent peeping or rainwater infiltration.
Drainage and Cleaning System
- Drain Hole: Drill a 3cm diameter hole at the bottom of the fecal tank, connect a PVC pipe, and extend it to an external water storage tank (e.g., a modified large garbage can).
- Shower Device: Install a water pipe connector inside the top cover bucket, connect a PVC pipe showerhead for internal cleaning.
- Sealing Treatment: Fill the gaps at the bottom of the bucket with epoxy resin glue to prevent odor leakage.
Precautions: Wear protective gloves during DIY modifications to avoid injury from cutting; read the instruction manual before assembling finished products to ensure proper installation of snap-fit buttons, screws, and other components. If inexperienced, it is advisable to choose standardized finished products to reduce risks.
