Plastic Mobile Toilet Assembly Method
Quản trị 08 tháng 10, 2026
The assembly method for plastic mobile toilets typically includes the following steps:

I. Pre-assembly Preparation
Select a flat and solid ground as the installation location to avoid structural instability caused by uneven ground. Count all components to ensure they are complete and undamaged, with a focus on checking core parts such as the frame, panels, roof, toilet system, and waste storage unit. Prepare necessary tools, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and rubber mallets, and carefully read the assembly instructions or watch demonstration videos to understand the installation sequence and connection methods for each component.
II. Main Frame Construction
- Base Installation: Arrange the base components according to the diagram markings and initially secure them with connecting pins or bolts, ensuring alignment. Use a spirit level to check the base's levelness; if there is any deviation, adjust it by adding or removing shims to prevent tilting during subsequent installation.
- Post Installation: Insert the lower end of the posts into the reserved interfaces on the base, ensuring no vertical tilt. Gently tap the top of the posts with a rubber mallet to assist in positioning and tighten the connecting bolts with a wrench to prevent loosening.
- Beam Connection: Install the top beams to form a complete cubic structure. Check each connection point for firmness, gently shake the frame to test overall rigidity, and ensure there is no looseness or abnormal noise.
III. Panel and Roof Installation
- Panel Installation: Align the waterproof composite material panels with the frame edges and gradually fit them from the bottom up, securing the seams with special trim strips. When installing the door panels, pay attention to the hinge positions to ensure smooth opening and closing; add insect screens to window openings and seal the edges with waterproof glue to prevent rainwater leakage.
- Roof Installation: Place the main roof panel centrally and connect it to the beam frame with self-tapping screws, ensuring the screws are tightened and the panel is flat. Install drainage channels and downspouts to ensure a reasonable drainage slope and prevent water accumulation. If equipped with a solar lighting system, reserve cable channels and ensure proper insulation to prevent short circuits.
IV. Sanitary System Assembly
- Toilet Installation: Simple mobile toilets usually adopt a dry waste storage design. Align the toilet base with the reserved opening on the frame, seal the connection with silicone gaskets to prevent odor leakage, and then secure the toilet with clips. For some models (such as the Behao BH132(PP) mobile toilet), the upper and lower bodies of the toilet are directly snapped together with clips, and anti-slip strips are provided at the bottom; ensure the clips are fully engaged during installation.
- Waste Storage Unit Installation: Place the waste storage bucket directly below the toilet, ensuring accurate alignment without deviation. If using biodegradable agents, add them at this time to reduce odors and promote waste decomposition.
