Performance Indicators of Mobile Toilets
The performance indicators of mobile toilets cover multiple dimensions such as structure, sewage disposal, supporting facilities, environmental adaptability, capacity, size, certification, and environmental protection, as detailed below:

Structure and materials form the foundation of performance. The frame structure often employs hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, steel structures, or aluminum-zinc alloy steel plates, offering high strength, corrosion resistance, and wind pressure resistance, with a designed lifespan of no less than 10 years. For wall materials, the exterior walls commonly use metal carved panels or color-steel composite panels, while the interior walls often utilize easy-to-clean, moisture-resistant materials like stone plastic panels or aluminum-plastic panels, with flame-retardant insulation materials (such as rock wool) filled inside. The floor requires waterproof and anti-slip treatment, commonly using anti-slip patterned aluminum plates or reinforced composite flooring.
The sewage disposal system is the core function. The water-flush direct-discharge type needs to be connected to municipal sewage pipes, requiring a stable and water-saving flushing system. The waterless packing or microbial degradation type is suitable for places without sewage pipe networks, necessitating good sealing, no odor leakage, and high degradation efficiency. The recirculating water flushing type purifies flushing water through biological treatment technology for recycling, requiring assurance of water treatment purification effects and the stability of the recirculating system.
Supporting facilities and functions affect the user experience. Internally, it should be equipped with an exhaust fan, lighting, a sink, a mirror, shelves, a paper towel holder, hooks, etc. For ventilation and deodorization, a high-power exhaust fan or an active fresh air system should be configured. In terms of electrical safety, all electrical wiring needs to be moisture-proof, waterproof, and grounded, with a typical voltage of 220V.
Environmental adaptability determines the scope of use. The applicable temperature range is usually from 45°C above zero to -25°C below zero. In extremely cold regions, measures such as double-glazed windows, self-limiting heating tapes, and heaters need to be adopted. Aluminum-zinc alloy materials can withstand temperature differences from -20°C to 50°C, adapting to climate differences between the north and the south.
Capacity and load-bearing reflect usage efficiency. The common capacity of the fecal tank is 380L, with a cleaning cycle of about 600 person-times. The single-toilet-cubicle person flow is no less than 300 person-times per day. The steel structure frame can bear a load of 2-5 tons, capable of withstanding the short-term parking of heavy equipment or vehicles.
Size and weight affect transportation and installation. The overall dimensions are commonly 1060mm in width, 1320mm in length, and 2500mm in height. The internal dimensions of the toilet cubicle are usually no less than 1200mm in length, 1600mm in width, and 1900mm in height. A single-toilet-cubicle mobile toilet weighs about 130kg, and a 50mm-thick box weighs about 1 ton in total.
Certification and standards ensure quality compliance. They need to comply with national standards such as GB/T 18092-2000 Waterless Flush Toilets and CJ/T 378-2011 Portable Toilets. Some products have passed the EU CE certification, indicating compliance with safety, health, and environmental protection requirements.
Customization and environmental friendliness meet diverse needs. They support customization of area and functional modules (such as adding barrier-free access and母婴室 (maternity and baby rooms)), but need to comply with building safety regulations. The material recyclability rate exceeds 90%, reducing the generation of construction waste.
