Pear Tree Mobile Toilet Installation
Quản trị 23 tháng 9, 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Pear Tree should follow the general process below and adjust the details according to the local climate and specific model:

I. Pre-installation Preparation
- Site Survey: Ensure that the ground is flat and solid. Prioritize concrete hardened ground or compacted and stable foundations, avoiding soft soil or slopes. Check for the presence of underground pipelines, cables, and other obstacles around the site to ensure sufficient operating space for transport vehicles and lifting equipment (such as cranes and forklifts).
- Foundation Treatment: Select the foundation type based on the size and weight of the toilet. For long-term fixed installation, pour a concrete foundation and embed fixing bolts in advance. For temporary placement, asphalt or hardened and flat ground can be used, but ensure that the bearing capacity meets the requirements.
- Equipment and Personnel Preparation: Installation personnel should be familiar with the structural process and have basic operational knowledge. Prepare tools such as level gauges, sealants, and gaskets to ensure installation accuracy and sealing.
II. Positioning and Fixing of the Main Body Box
- Lifting and Positioning: Use a crane to slowly lift the box to directly above the foundation. When lowering, align it with the embedded bolts or fixing holes to avoid collision damage to the structure.
- Leveling and Fixing: Measure the bottom frame of the box with a level gauge and adjust it to a horizontal state using gaskets to ensure the stability of the toilet during use. When tightening the nuts, tighten them crosswise to prevent uneven local stress.
III. Connection of the Piping System
- Water Supply System: Connect the external water supply network to the toilet's water inlet. Prioritize the use of drinking water-grade pipeline materials (such as PPR pipes). Seal the joints to prevent leakage.
- Sewage System: Select the connection to a septic tank or sewage pipe according to the model. Apply waterproof glue or install sealing rings at the joints to ensure no leakage. For storage tank types, reserve a cleaning and maintenance passage.
IV. Sealing and Detail Handling
- Component Sealing: Place sealing rings or apply glass glue at the joints of the box and pipeline interfaces to prevent rainwater or sewage leakage.
- Wall Treatment: If using panel-spliced walls, control the width of the gaps to ensure a flat splice and avoid affecting the appearance and service life.
V. Other Precautions
- Lifting Safety: If the toilet has a pointed roof design, find the stress point near the pointed top for lifting. For flat roofs, pay attention to the position of the lifting hook to prevent deformation of the box.
- Climate Adaptation: In the cold winters of Pear Tree, consider anti-freezing requirements, such as pipeline insulation and anti-freezing treatment of the septic tank. It is recommended to contact the supplier for targeted guidance.
- Regular Maintenance: Regularly clean the storage tank to avoid blockage or odor diffusion and extend the service life of the equipment.
