Park Mobile Toilet Installation Guide

Quản trị 05 tháng 10, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets in parks must follow standardized procedures to ensure safety and proper functionality. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparations

  1. Site Survey and Planning

    • Ensure the installation location avoids low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage power lines, and obstacles, maintaining a dry and well-ventilated site.
    • Measure the site dimensions to ensure the toilet access width is ≥1.2 meters, reserving operational space (e.g., at least 0.5 meters clearance around the equipment).
    • Design the toilet's style based on the site environment, such as integrating prefabricated toilets into the park's landscape for overall harmony.
  2. Material Inventory and Inspection

    • Verify the quantity, model, and accessories of the mobile toilets (e.g., sinks, flushing mechanisms, sewage pipes, curtains, non-slip mats) to ensure nothing is missing.
    • Inspect the equipment for external damage and ensure internal facilities (e.g., water tanks, pipes, electrical circuits) are intact to avoid rework due to material issues.
  3. Tool and Personnel Preparation

    • Equip with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, spirit levels, and drills. Coordinate with cranes for transportation if necessary (especially for large toilets).
    • Assign 2-3 professional installers with clear division of labor (e.g., one for securing, one for water and electricity connections).

II. On-site Installation Steps

  1. Foundation Fixing

    • Use a crane to lift the toilet body to the designated location and adjust its levelness with a spirit level, ensuring a horizontal deviation of no more than 3mm.
    • Secure the equipment with expansion bolts (for hard surfaces) or counterweights (for soft surfaces) to prevent displacement or tipping.
  2. Water and Electricity Connection and Debugging

    • Connect the sewage pipe to the nearest sewer or designated collection tank, ensuring a pipe slope of ≥2% to prevent backflow.
    • Connect to the water source (recommended ≥DN20 pipe), test the flushing function and drainage sealability to ensure no leakage.
    • If electrical support is required (e.g., sensor faucets), connect to a safe voltage circuit and install a leakage protection device.
  3. Detail Inspection and Cleaning

    • Install accessories such as curtains, non-slip mats, and air fresheners. Check the flexibility of door locks and flush buttons to ensure ease of use.
    • Clean and disinfect the toilet interior, place consumables like toilet paper and hand soap to enhance user experience.

III. Post-installation Inspection and Delivery

  1. Function Test Checklist

    • Press the flush button three times consecutively to observe smooth drainage without blockages or odors.
    • Evenly step on the equipment top to check structural stability, ensuring no shaking or abnormal noises.
  2. Delivery Document Confirmation

    • Provide the customer with an 'Equipment Installation Acceptance Form,' noting the installation date, warranty period (usually 1-2 years), and usage instructions (e.g., maintenance cycle, emergency contact).

IV. Precautions

  • Safety Requirements: Installers must wear safety harnesses during high-altitude work. Construction is prohibited in windy conditions ≥ force 5 and away from fire sources and flammable materials.
  • Construction Management: Designate construction areas and set up warning signs. Ensure adequate lighting for night work to prevent accidents.
  • Customized Services: For special sizes or functions (e.g., barrier-free facilities, children's stalls), communicate with the supplier in advance for customized solutions.
