Principle of Packaged Mobile Toilet

Quản trị 27 tháng 9, 2026

A packaged mobile toilet is a mobile sanitation facility that does not require water flushing and relies on a dedicated packaging mechanism to seal and collect excrement. Its core operating mechanism is 'isolation - sealing - storage'.

Isolation Stage

When a user uses the toilet, a layer of film is pre-laid at the bottom of the toilet bowl. After the user finishes using the toilet, they trigger a foot pedal or infrared sensor device, which serves as the key signal to activate the packaging mechanism. The packaging mechanism then begins to work, pulling a new segment of film to cover the surface of the toilet bowl. The coverage of the new film achieves initial isolation of the excrement from the external environment, preventing the emission of odors and the splashing of waste, and preparing for subsequent sealing treatment.

Sealing Stage

While the new film covers the toilet bowl, the packaging mechanism cuts off the previously used segment of film along with the waste. After cutting, the edges of the film containing the waste are sealed using heat-sealing technology, forming an independent sealed package. Some packaged toilets employ mechanical sealing and biodegradable technology. After the internal packaging program of the toilet fixture is initiated, the excrement, along with the degradable film laid at the bottom, is sealed into an independent plastic bag. The microbial community within the sealed bag can decompose organic matter within a certain period, further reducing the difficulty of subsequent treatment. This sealing method effectively prevents the emission of odors and avoids leakage problems caused by inadequate sealing of traditional toilets' septic tanks, ensuring the hygiene and safety of the usage environment.

Storage Stage

The formed independent sealed packages fall into the waste storage tank below for centralized storage. The waste storage tank has a certain capacity and can accommodate multiple sealed packages, awaiting regular collection and transportation. Regular collection and transportation ensure the normal use of the mobile toilet and prevent situations where it cannot continue to be used due to a full waste storage tank. During the collection and transportation process, only the sealed packages in the waste storage tank need to be removed for unified treatment and disposal. The operation is relatively simple and does not cause secondary pollution to the environment.
