Outdoor mobile toilets are movable and flexible public sanitation facilities suitable for various locations. They come in multiple structural forms and sewage treatment methods, with products available in different styles and price ranges.

Suitable Locations

Outdoor mobile toilets have a wide range of applications. Stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential communities, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public areas, and bustling commercial streets can all set up mobile toilets according to actual needs to meet people's toilet requirements and improve the sanitation conditions and service levels of public areas.

Structural Components

Mobile toilets generally consist of multiple parts. The fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device) is used to collect and treat fecal sewage; the floor provides a stable standing and moving space; sanitary fixtures such as toilets or squat pans are the core equipment for using the toilet; walls serve as enclosures and partitions; washing facilities make it convenient for people to wash their hands; water tanks supply water for flushing, etc.; the roof provides shelter from wind and rain; and the mobile device enables the toilet to be easily moved and arranged.

Classification Methods

  • By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are relatively independent and simple, while composite-structure toilets may be more complex and diverse in terms of functionality or space utilization.
  • By mobility method: There are lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, which mainly rely on lifting equipment or manual handling for movement; and powered and towed-type mobile toilets, which can be moved by powered devices or vehicles, offering higher flexibility.
  • By sewage treatment method: They are classified into water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets. Water-flush toilets have better cleaning effects, while waterless suction-type toilets are more water-saving; circulating water-flush mobile toilets can recycle water resources; and dry-packing mobile toilets pack the feces without the need for water flushing.

Products in Different Styles

Rural-style mobile toilets have a unique design, with a ridged roof decorated with thatch, a spacious rain-proof area in front equipped with public washbasins and beauty mirrors, uniformly colored wall panels and doors, and partitions in the men's toilets, giving a natural and comfortable feeling. In addition, there are also metal-carved panel toilets, customized color-steel plate mobile toilets, and well-decorated outdoor environmental protection public toilets for scenic spots, among other products available in different styles and materials on the market, with prices varying according to product types and merchants.
